An hour later, they called and said the car would fail if I didn't replace the windshield wipers because the rubber on the front and rear wipers had supposedly detached. I knew this was bs because I had used the wipers several times during the week since I bought it (including the day before) and would have noticed a wiper blade dangling right in front of my face. I declined to have them replaced and just told them to return the car. Sure enough, when they brought my car back both windshield wipers were now torn a full quarter of the way on each. I told them what had been done to my car and refused to pay for the inspection. They claimed ignorance about the wipers and said they never did the inspection anyway. So now I have to buy new wipers before I can get my car inspected at a real shop. And to top it all off, they never changed the sticker when they supposedly changed my oil so I'm not sure if it was even done. I had to make him pull up the shop CCTV footage just to prove they had put my car on the lift at all. Very shady - stay away from this place.

From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time.
