Had front bumper repaired in January 2026 on our 2016 Cadillac Escalade. Initially we were very happy with the customer service and quality of the repair. Recently noticed what looked like a spider web on one of the front parking sensors. Upon wiping what I thought was a web, the whole sensor pushed into the bumper. Reached out to Elite Collision to seek assistance and left a voicemail. The response that was provided via text: "The sensor was new and no damage when we completed the repairs. That looked like it was pushed in". Our reply: "Yes. I noticed the crack and when I lightly touched it, it sunk in. ". Elite's reply: "The sensor shouldn't move when touched because it is securely fastened into the sensor bracket on the bumper." They did not offer to take a look to see if it might be covered under warranty. Bummer that they don't stand behind their work and don't consider post repair customer service Important. read more

This place is AMAZING! My Ford had the right headlight destroyed, quarter pannel and hood damaged by a chunk of garbage on the freeway about a year ago. Eric looked at the damage and assured me he would work with the insurance company to get it taken care of. A few days later the insurance gave the ok and 4 days after that my car looked as good as the day I bought it! It was even washed and clean...very nice job Elite. Very unprofessional! I emailed them 2-3 times asking for a quote (I sent them my VIN#, photos of the damage, and anything else they asked for) and also called a couple times to follow up. They kept telling me that they'll get back with a quote, but never did. These guys clearly didn't want my business and didn't have the courtesy to let me know that. So glad to find a friendly, fast body shop near my home. Over the weekend, my car got dinged by a flying object on the highway. It cracked my left fog light, tore off the metal right around the light, and left a nasty big scratch on the bumper. My car is 2 years old, and this is the first major scratch on it. Needless to say I was pretty depressed. I went to my Infiniti dealership to get it checked. My service guy told me I needed a body shop to repair it since the mount for the light might be torn, in which case it's not as simple as replacing the light and parts. He explained that nowadays the mount piece is manufactured in one piece with the bumper, so I might be looking at replacing the whole thing. He recommended me to Eric (owner of Elite), and said "Eric is a good guy". He also told me that it's a small shop and they have good quality control. I got to Eric on Tuesday morning and got my car back Thursday 3pm. The whole experience was hassle free. Eric was very nice and patient, and very reachable whenever I had questions. Luckily it turns out the damage wasn't too bad, I didn't need to replace my whole bumper. I am very impressed with their efficiency! They were able to order my parts, buff out and repaint my bumper in 2 days, even including waiting half a day for my Insurance Claim Adjuster to come inspect my car. When I went to pick up my car, it was right there waiting for me. It was a very nice finished touch that they washed my car, and had it sparkling. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thankfully I haven't needed a lot of body work done on my car, and I hope not to have anymore in the future... but if I do I'll never take my car anywhere other than Elite Auto Body. I got hit by a drunk driver who fled the scene, and Eric at Elite turned a very bad thing into a great experience. They handled the tow, helped put me in a rental car covering the $50 refundable charge when I didn't have the cash on hand, and covered part of my deductible for me. Best part the car looks good as new...like nothing ever happened. They did such a good job that when my boyfriend got into an accident, he remembered my good experience with Eric and had his car done at Elite too. This review is based on the following: 1) The communication / time it took for the repair 2) The fact that my car died after having it returned to me Let's begin with the communication / time. First of all, the team there was always friendly when I spoke with them. However, I never received any calls from the shop during the entirety of the repair. I always had to be the one calling in order to get an update. From my experience, this isn't normal. I've always received updates from the shop during a repair. I was never left in the dark. As for the amount of time the repair took, I'm honestly confused. I understand a smaller shop taking more time due to, well, a smaller staff. However, my car mainly needed a new bumper / paint job, which isn't exactly a tall order. I've taken in cars that were seriously wrecked to smaller shops, and had them back in less than two weeks. This repair took at least three weeks to do. Again, I understand it taking longer due to the smaller staff, but even then that just seems way too long. Moving on to the most pressing issue: my car dying. Literally days after I got it back from the shop, it straight up died. Not because it needed a new battery or anything obvious, but because the engine had suffered something serious while under their care. The car was high in mileage, I'll acknowledge that, but I had it inspected multiple times throughout the year and it was running like a champ / didn't need any major repair. I honestly should've suspected something when my car was having trouble starting the day after, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, I have no doubt in my mind that they did something to my car while it was there. I actually had to send it to a junkyard since the engine was that badly damaged. (It also died on a Saturday evening, so I couldn't exactly take it in to the shop and argue about it.) Now I'm stuck with no car and am out $250. read more

Eric and his team did a fantastic job! They were very professional and made sure to keep me up to date on the progress of my vehicle the entire time. My car was rear-ended on the passenger side and with significant scratches. Eric explained to me that although the damages might not seem severe, there could be possible damages internally. Eric's team removed the bumper, and what they found was damages to the blindspot sensors. His team was then able to get my vehicle fixed in 1.5 weeks. Eric also took care of speaking with the insurance company on the additional damages so that I didn't have to reach out. All in all, I am pleased with the results, and I would come back! read more

I work for a property management company and one of our tenants parking lots did some damage to the front end of a customers car. The customer had her mechanic give her an estimate for the damage. After shopping around for a second opinion I came upon Elite Auto Body Shop and Collision Center. I found that emailing the pictures of the damage to the car was a very easy way to get an estimate from them. Especially since I didnt want to send the customer over to the shop if we were not sure about using them. Eric is very friendly and was able to beat the estimate that our customer received from her own mechanic. His price included the manufacturer's part, hers didnt. Eric also helped get the rental car for the customer.The day of the repair, she went to the shop, and they took her to rent her car. When her car was done they dropped it off to her at work and picked up her rental for her. It was a hassle free process on all ends. Without Elite's excellent customer service this could have been a painstaking process for all of us. I am just like many people out there who spend a lot of time taking care of their car. I am also one of those people who also needed to get their car worked on. In my opinion you could not ask for a better shop then this. I have been to them 3 separate times and each time I leave with a car that was as perfect as it was to begin with. I first came to Elite because I had a different shop paint my bumper and it was the wrong color, they tried to fix it twice, and said it was the best they could or anyone could do. I was not willing to settle, so I found Elite through a dealer recommendation and Eric corrected the other shops mistake and my color was perfect. They worked with my insurance, they kept me updated on the status, they were always willing to answer any question I had. I have a 1 year old Civic that was hit from behind last Dec. The guy that hit me had Farmers insurance. Farmers is completely an A-Hole company that refused to give me an OEM (factory made) bumper even though my car looked brand new before it was hit! Eric, the owner, worked tirelessly with Farmers to secure a factory bumper for me and even paid for the alignment when Farmers refused to pay.
