This place is incredible! They did an amazing, quick, and efficient job at fixing my car. Someone hit and run my car while it was being parked. The entire rear windshield was broken, the trunk door dented, the rear bumper dented, all the tail lights gone, and all the glass flew inside the car. When I picked it up, it looked like new. Everything was fixed. They went above and beyond. They kept me posted on the process. They were kind and accommodating. My car was even washed, buffed, and all the parts are of great value. Fausto was awesome throughout the process! Though I think communication could have been more proactive and less vague about the date of completion. If I were quoted a more realistic estimate for how long it would take, I would have worked around that schedule instead of having to continuously delay or move meetings online with my clients. Fausto "okayed" the Geico appraiser's estimate of 2.5 weeks but it ended up taking over a month. However, it was over the holiday break so I understand if everyone took some time off. Here's a timeline of my experience: - Dec 4: Initial appointment - I figured it'd be better to have it assessed early before dropping it off for repairs. - Dec 17: The Geico estimate came in (which I emailed to A-rod the same day). - Dec 20: I dropped off my car. - Jan 7: ~2.5 weeks later, I called and was told it could likely be picked up the next day. - Jan 8: I called again and found there was a small mix-up - it turned out to be another car of the same model that was finished, not mine. It almost sounded like repairs on my car may not have begun at that point as "there was more damage than expected." - Jan 16: I called again and was informed a replacement part had come in damaged. - Jan 23: Car was ready for pick up at the end of the day, though I dropped by on Jan 24 instead. Overall I'm very pleased with the repairs though, and the drive seemed a lot smoother too (my car is 9 years old). For the payment, I deposited the insurance check, and then withdrew money to pay in cash. It's great that there's a lifetime warranty on the parts as well! read more

This was my second positive experience with A-Rod Auto Collision. I learned about them when my car was rear-ended a few years back - my insurer Geico listed them as an authorized repair shop. They did a great job - excellent painting and parts alignment. Recently, the left rear quarter of my car was severely damaged in a hit-and-run accident. Based on my previous positive experience, I decided to take it to A-Rod. Once again, Alex, Fausto and the A-Rod team did an excellent job restoring the car. They were very supportive and helpful throughout the process: saved me a ton of time and energy by interacting and resolving issues with my insurance company. They were patient with my numerous questions and requests and went above and beyond (replaced a worn trunk opener button cover for free). I had my bumper replaced here about a year ago, and today--just as we were starting a trip as a family -- I ran into an unexpected issue with the engine splash shield which was hanging loose. If your car gets dinged or damaged, I unequivocally 100% recommend A-Rod Auto Collision. Our Mazda CX-5 was sideswiped last summer. Our insurer directed us to another shop -- which shall go nameless -- and the repair quality was disappointing. The bumper cover didn't fit correctly, and within a couple of weeks, it started pulling away because the hardware wasn't properly secured. The paint match also looked off, and honestly, the car looked worse when we got it back. By contrast, Fausto at A-Rod (ask for him by name) spotted the issues immediately and explained the fix clearly. We bought a new bumper cover out of pocket, and we asked them to touch up a few dings and scratches on the front bumper as well. A-Rod essentially rebuilt the bumper and refinished it with great care. We picked up the SUV this afternoon, and it looks brand new. A-Rod was worth every out-of-pocket cent. Thank you, Fausto. A - Rod Auto Collision is a Great + Trustworthy establishment ! There's nothing worse than being in a car accident or in my case having your parked car hit. No one enjoy's dealing with paperwork or the hassle of dealing with other party's insurance but A Rod made it simple . I called ahead to make an appointment for the appraisal person to inspect my vehicle with me . She made sure to point out prior* damage, dings, scratches . Shortly after the appraisal you sign the work release form my vehicle took about 4 days to complete . Each car varies in time because of different damage, and car part delivery . I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle on a Saturday when it was ready but was able to pick up on a Monday. Super flexible. I was so impressed with the work that was done! The body shop even polished off some scratches from the front of my car -the area that was affected looked brand new . My back bumper was falling off it wasn't aligned and had deep scratches Prior * to the good work. Now my car has been washed and made new ! 10/10 would recommend even if you weren't in an accident and have minor issues you want fixed. read more

I had my vehicle here a year ago to replace a bumper. It was done through insurance. After a year the bumper was pointing outward and looks like if left for a long time it will fall off. I came to them and was told that's because of the way I drive. They said the bumper is very delicate and a small bump would damage it. They told me they can't do anything because it's my fault. I contacted Geico and they said it was the part s quality that was not good. I also have not been to any accident. So Geico replaced it for me with no charge after investigation. I don't know whose fault that was but denying responsibility and framing customer for the damage they didn't do is unprofessional and unethical. I will not come here and will never recommend anyone here again. Also if you have your vehicle fixed here, keep all your paper work and details about the service! This place is amazing! They have the best customer service. It is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced from an auto shop. Alex (the owner) and Jessica were so nice and so helpful. I would highly recommend this shop. I needed my Jeep to be repaired after a fender bender in the snow. I found this shop through Geico's available shops and I'm glad I picked them. I wanted to get it in before the weekend on Thursday or Friday but I had clinicals for school. I tried making an appointment Thursday and hoped my lunch break would time out well for dropping it off. It didn't, and they said they couldn't take it if I was more than 15 minutes late, which I completely understand. But Jessica said I could make the appointment through Geico for Friday morning and then drop it off on Thursday after my clinicals and they could then start the assessment, then submit everything on Friday. Then on Tuesday they called me and left a minute and a half voicemail that Geico approved the work and what work needed to be done, and the parts they were ordering, that they already ordered them, they would call if there were any parts issues that would cause a delay, how long it would take (15 working days), and they would call if they had anything else to update me on. Most amazing phone call. Honestly. Because this was right after I had a horrendous customer service experience with the Capitol Ford dealership with my boyfriend's truck. They called me on Saturday to let me know it was done, which was a week ahead of schedule! Unfortunately I was unavailable to pick it up then but picked it up today (Monday). They did an amazing job. It looks brand new and so clean! The owner told me his number one focus is on customer service. He said he had a bad customer service experience after he was in an accident and so when he took over this shop he said we will always stop and take the time to talk to the customer or call and give thorough updates. I called earlier today and spoke with Alex. I told him that he was able to adjust my 2004 Highlander Headlights after I replaced them. They did such a great job, I decided to have them adjust my 2006 Sequoia after I had replaced the headlights. They did a great job adjusting them and Alex is wonderful to work with and talk too.
