It was my first time taking my car to a collision center and I chose this place out of the ones that were recommended by my insurance company. From everything start to finish the process was smooth between Blossom Valley Collision, AAA, and Enterprise (for the rental car). I took my car in for an inspection on a Friday, brought it back in on Monday, car was ready for pickup on Friday (exactly a week after the inspection) When I went to go pick up my car I was able to leave the rental car at Blossom Valley Collision since I was told that they would return it for me. And the most pleasant surprise of all was when I was told that my car was not only repaired but also washed/cleaned inside out. As much as we still need more rain this season it makes me kind of happy that I've gotten to enjoy the freshly washed car. read more

Unprofessional-Disrespectful- Hostile and Aggressive Staff Not sure where the positive reviews came from but I will tell you right now that they are not professional at Blossom Valley Collison. Do not contact them and do not go into their place of business. Melissa Garcia, the office manager, is unprofessional and rude. During my visit to retrieve my belongings from a vehicle I left there. Melissa treated me disrespectfully, both on the phone and in person. She rushed me while I was taking things out of the vehicle and displayed a hostile attitude, claiming she needed to leave to pick up her child. Melissa also had her boyfriend there present at work so unprofessional. Melissa's boyfriend also said things to me and leered. Since Melissa was being so disrespectful when I asked for the owner's contact information, Melissa refused to provide it and kicked me out for no reason. Her behavior was aggressive, and it felt as if she wanted to physically confront me. I swear she also slammed her body against mine as she was pacing back and forth angry. Melissa humiliated me in front of her coworker Roger who also allowed for the bad behavior from Melissa. In addition, Melissa's boyfriend also started picking on me. You have to wonder what type of people like a single woman who just wanted her belongings pure misogyny. This experience has been the most disrespectful customer service I've ever encountered. I don't understand why this place is recommended, as the reviews do not reflect the reality of their service. I will be reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau and submitting the evidence I have of when Melissa kicked me out and almost hit me with her body. I would like to praise the commitment to customer satisfaction and quality, as well as the honesty of this business. I have been a customer of this place for a few fender benders already, all with great satisfaction, but I will be talking about one of them today. We had scraped our SUV's door on a concrete in a parking lot a few years ago and Blossom Valley Collision has fixed it. A couple years ago (after a couple years from the original incident) the fixed door's paint cracked. I took it back to them, and they repaired it again at no cost to me. They didn't try to convince me otherwise or anything, they immediately recognized it as their own mistake, and fixed it promptly. Fast forward another couple years, and the paint cracked again. The second time I took it there, I was already feeling shy that I am causing trouble again. On the opposite, again, they immediately owned the mistake, didn't make me feel bad or anything, and promptly fixed it for free. And this time, they actually replaced the door! When I was picking up the car today, I told Tyson that I was sorry and he said "no worries, we should have replaced the door at the first place". It is rare today to see a business that is so committed to customer satisfaction, and also honestly admits their mistakes (if any), without making you going through hoops and fixes them promptly, no matter how many years has passed. Tyson and all the crew (I want to mention Miguel and the lady sitting next to him, sorry I didn't learn her name -- I was especially impressed by her memory when she remembered the second time the door was fixed which was a couple years ago in detail as soon as I walked in) are great people, I would highly recommend this business. read more

Norberto Romero and the entire team were highly professional and very understanding, this was in the middle of COVID, in early 2021. My truck was broken into and vandalized I was hoping that it would be repaired and my bad luck would be over but things went south when my insurance decided to total my truck. Hoping that I can recover and fix the ignition and continue to use my truck was I in for a surprise. Linda Estrada decided to take apart my vehicle which at this point was not needed because insurance had not given go ahead to do repairs. She lied and said it was part of the estimate and that they needed payment ($180) for doing so. Nothing that was removed had anything to do with what needed to be repaired. So I asked could they tel me what it would cost to assemble and she said she would get back to me. I called the insurance they where willing to pay to have it reassembled but now Linda states her Manager said they would not do that and now want payment for taking it apart and towed out. The whole time Linda was rude short tempered and obnoxious. This is the service industry people come to you in need after a dramatic event. If you have no compaction or don't like your job quit. You made a mistake the insurance is willing to pay for your mistake. You offered no solutions and made things worse. I hope no one else has to deal with your attitude and be held with no options and have to take a loss for it. read more

Five stars all the way! My 2013 Ford Edge was damaged in a touchless car wash when the bars didn't open and put thousands of dollars of damage on my car. I called Blossom Valley Collision and met with Tino who got an estimate done same day. During this whole process, I was back and forth with an insurance company that was giving me such a hard time to just figure how we were going to deal with this. And Tino helped me through the whole process. He listened to all of my concerns about the damages. He assured me that my car would be completely fixed in a timely manner and was confident that his shop could get the work done right. He also did a walk through with the adjuster from the insurance company that came to the shop. The employees in the office and in the yard were all very nice and respectful. I felt very comfortable doing business with them and leaving my car there. I picked up my car from the shop and was in total shock at how AMAZING it looked!!!! The car looked even better after they worked on it than the day I got it. I am so incredibly impressed with this company, not only by their work but how they handle themselves and the way they treat their customers. They went above and beyond my expectations on all levels. The truth is that I wouldn't even give one star. This shop was recommended through AAA auto insurance as one of their "certified shops" when someone hit my car. It is supposedly a certified shop; however, several years later, the original bumper was never repaired correctly, and it still sticks out. They say that they have a "lifetime guarantee," and I have repeatedly gone back to the shop to fix the same repair. Tino and the other staff give me the same lip service that they fixed it, and they merely push the bumper back in. You can tell it is missing clips and was painted over to make it look nice--but what was underneath was not actually repaired. Basically, they tried to save money for themselves and cheat the customer by not pulling the bumper off and replacing what needs to be done for the bumper to fit properly. An estimated $2,000 at least would actually repair it. I would never go to this shop because they lie to you saying they fixed it when they actually only superficially did and never ordered the necessary parts to fix it. What a lack of integrity. I would never take my car here again, and I intend on reporting this shop to the Bureau of Auto Repair. You used to think you could really get help when in an accident. Now, you get shoddy work, and no one there cares. I'd be really surprised if they even reach out to me at all to rectify the situation. read more

You ever had a business experience was so smooth and everything flowed flawlessly from start to finish? This was my entire experience with Blossom Valley West! The staff here are complete professionals that know how to treat their clients. I was hit at a red light and the front of my BMW was pretty banged up. There was a crease in the frame and I was pretty concerned about the safety of the car and my young family that gets transported in it. Needless to say, I didn't want the car back after knowing that there was a fair amount of damage to the front of it. Did some research ( thanks Yelp ) and found great things about Blossom Valley West. Made an appointment to drop the car off and I was greeted by their friendly staff right away. They got me set-up with a Enterprise rental car and had me transported to their location promptly. It took a couple of days to have the car estimated, but I was updated every step of the way. They were very detailed with the estimate and it turned out to be a total loss after $8900 in damages. I was very happy that the outcome was good and the guilty party's insurance company came through. Everything said in done, I couldn't have been more pleased with the exceptional experience I had with Blossom Valley West. I hope not to have to seen you guys again soon, but I look forward to more service in the future! read more

I loved their service till after I picked up my car. I have the left bumper replaced and they did a good job in updating me, good workdone, communication. As soon as I had my car from their shop after the replacement, I felt weird on the tire (same side with the bumper replacement) on the road. The next day, I still feel weird while driving on the road and I sent an email to the service representative hoping that he can contact me for follow up. Till the day after, the tire was entirely flat, at 0 psi! Luckily it didn't cause my life and other's life (I was not on a freeway while driving with this flat tire) and only $22.5 to patch the tire. 2nd time coming here and definitely the last. Went in for a repair on my car's rear bumper. The estimate went pretty fast and i dropped off my car on that Friday, the worker there said it will be ready Monday. On Monday he did not email or call me for a status update, so i emailed them. The next morning he responded and said it will be done most likely Wednesday!! Finally picked up my car around closing time and the bumper brand new and paint job matches. When driving home, I noticed my left signal light was blinking extra fast. When i got home i saw my left signal/brake light was completely out! Luckily I knew how to get to my signal light from my car, and what do you they forgot to plug in the light connector!! Here's why: As I was bringing my cat home from the vet a person cut me off and bashed up my front bumper pretty bad. The accident was made worse by my cat then freaking out and urinating in her carrier from the accident and the person who hit my car running away. Get a dashcam ya'll, it saved my keister! After a few days AAA approved my waived deductible and connected me with Blossom Valley Collision. They had repairs done in a week and it looks fantastic! They also put up with my car smelling like cat pee since I hadn't had a chance to fully treat all the surfaces and made everything like new again. Tino made this unfortunate event stress free by constantly keeping us in the loop and setting up a rental car for us. We also decided to smoke our back tail lights (additional fee) and a week later we had our back! Unfortunately, our car was hit AGAIN a month later and we didn't hesitate to contact Tino. The process was much longer (due to the other person's insurance), but again, Tino assured everything would get resolved. They took a month and a half to fix my car. They called me on a Friday at 5pm to tell me my car is ready for pickup. They close at 5:30pm and I had told repeatedly that I live an hour away. They also close weekends, so I had to wait until Monday. I show up Monday at noon, they make me wait a half an hour for them to clean the car. Thought that should have been done on Friday. When I finally get the car, it's making a loud squealing noise even though they swore they had test driven it. Bad work, bad attitude from staff too. This place is ridiculous. read more

I stupidly hooked my front fender on a pipe in a parking lot. Pulled apart the .mostly plastic underpinnings. No wiring, lights, etc. A fairly clean break. The general manager at a Blossom Valley Collision, Tyson Jasso, set me up with an appointment. I expected a large tab, and was not going to file an insurance claim. I also anticipated a car rental for several days. The vehicle, a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, fender was reattached in about an hour and a dent repaired. It was not a "showroom" job by agreement, but a decent looking job. A comprehensive job can be done anytime in the future, but we're not really "car people". When I brought in my Toyota Corolla to fix my hood when I got into a fender bender, they did great work. I brought my new Toyota rav 4 to them after someone rear ended me since I liked the work they did on my corolla. It definitely wasn't the same quality of work unfortunately. They had to replace my trunk but whoever installed it didn't bother to make sure it opened without squeaking super loud on the latch. Also, my rear lights are also noticeably scratched now. They're supposedly my original lights but I bought the car brand new less than a month ago and they weren't like that when I brought it in. I guess they must have just mishandled them during repair which is a bit concerning. In addition, my trunk now sits about half an inch lower when closed compared to the rest of the back. I know these are little things but it makes me worried that they didn't pay attention during the larger repairs if they can't even be bothered to make sure the little things are right. After your car has been in the shop for 2 1/2 weeks, you expect that the car is back to they wawhen you pick it up. I'm going in tomorrow to have them try to fix the problems I listed out but it is obnoxious to have to go back to the shop after they've already had the car for so long. Lorena and the rest of the customer facing employees were great but the mechanics could pay a bit more attention to detail. I don't know if I'll be bringing my cars back for any future repairs unfortunately since the little things matter to me but not so much to the mechanics at blossom valley. Update: Took my car in this morning and they were able to fix the squeaky latch and buff out all of the scratches on my lights in under half a hour. They forgot to install a chrome piece on my trunk so they installed that as well. It's a little worrisome that they forgot it in the first place. I'm glad that it's all fixed now though. This guy has been in my corner every time I've had an issue with my car, and often it has been under a stressful circumstance.
