This review is over due, nothing but 5 star service! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've been bringing ALL 6 of my vehicles here over 6 years now.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's many big projects I've had here at Elite Auto Body & Paint. From being my daily work vehicles here to my sport cars or project cars, they do it all! It all started with my daily Toyota Corolla being fixed from an accident. Since then I decided to bring in my 2019 Camaro SS 1LE that was not only new to me but built with a heads cam package. I wanted my car to look as clean as it sounded. I had a carbon fiber hood that was faded and ate up by the sun. Angie and Pepe were confident in bringing it back to life. They also installed my side skirts and splitter for this car. I then brought on my project 2004 corvette that was in need of body work and paint job. They killed it with the quality of paint and being able to install carbon fiber wide quarter panels. I then brought my 2011 BMW M3 in for some carbon fiber work. They re cleared my spoiler and fixed my carbon fiber side mirror caps aswell. The latest work they have done is on my 2014 Camaro 2SS 1LE. They painted all of my aftermarket and OEM splitters, side skirts and diffuser on this vehicle. Since my car is lowered they were able to work careful around my car and provide extra hardware on my splitter to be able to handle driveways so it doesn't come off. It's still holding on strong! No sign of it coming loose. I've brought all of my friends here and family members to have their vehicles fixed. I would recommend bringing your vehicle and counting on them to have it fixed! . Sadly my vehicle was hit in a parking lot at work. It has barely been 3 months since she was painted. I contacted Pepe right away to inquire about getting her repaired. I was mainly concerned about having to go to another shop and run the risk of the paint not matching. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Pepe was able to take my car in immediately.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was even more impressed at the fact that the turn around time was exactly 1 week! All you know how hard it is to do paint and body work on a black vehicle but after Pepe and crew did their thing I'm happy to say it came out perfect. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Called Pepe to get an estimate on side damage to our 2014 Ford Edge, he had me text him some pics of the damage, as soon as I did, he looked at them and gave me price for repair on the phone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I took the car to him on Tuesday and expected a repair time of at least 7 days. Brought my car in needing the door and rear view mirror replaced after an accident-all work was covered by insurance and they were paid almost $5,000 for their work. After they called me to tell me they were done and to come pick up my car, I arrived (a day or two later because I couldn't leave work early to get there before they closed). Upon arrival, I take 5 seconds to look at my car and notice paint smears, spots that should have been painted and weren't, a car part that was glued on, with dried glue seeping out. I scratched the dry glue to remove it and the whole piece fell off. I pointed out the sloppy paint job and they said that they didn't have time to inspect before I arrived (they had been done for 2 days). I wound up leaving my car with them so they could fix things. I went back 4 days later and took my car home. Even after that, the paint job was still sloppy, the trim where the door meets the window is uneven and has a big gap, there's paint smudges and it's just really sloppy. They told me the work was guaranteed, but at this point, any attempt that they could make at fixing their work will just make the car look worse, unless they started from scratch. Also, my airbag light was on after I picked it up (it was not on when I brought it to them) and they deferred me to my dealership who was going to charge me $250 just to walk in the door with this issue. When I pushed back, they did finally offer to check it out "as a courtesy"This is really disappointing because my beautiful Audi has now lost so much value due this crappy work. I'll attach photos of the "final" product. Make sure you inspect your car and receipts before you leave. I would have really loved to give a good review-the people there are nice, and I debated even reviewing, I waited several weeks, but I just keep noticing more and more sloppy work. read more
