My 5 stars go to Henry! Don Gropettie, I hope that one day you take the opportunity to ride along with Henry (and Martin) so that you can see first hand Henry's outstanding customer service! Sometimes it's the employee that actually interacts with the customer that is the glue that holds a company together. We bought our car almost 2 years ago. It's been months that I've tried to get a spot on my front seat dyed. It looked as though it was an area that was originally missed. My claim was continuously denied but Henry was our voice and squeaky wheel that supported us and FINALLY FORD agreed. We just got our car back and the seat looks great! Also our headliner started falling and again it was Henry's amazing customer service that kept me from turning to Chevy (which my husband wouldn't do since he has always been a FORD guy) but I was getting pretty discouraged with service until Henry won me back. I dropped off my car on 12/9/2025 and picked it up the same afternoon. When I dropped off my vehicle, I had expressed to Michael White how it was very important to me to know if the battery cables were internally corroded, because of extensive visible white powdery corrosion on the battery post. Michael White mentioned that both cables would be thoroughly inspected and the corrosion cleaned, and I would be informed if the cables needed to be replaced. After receiving an email with a link from Visalia Ford, and checking Visalia Ford's recommendations online, I noticed that Visalia Ford was recommending a 120k miles maintenance service. I was confused because that 120k service was already completed at Visalia Ford on May 3, 2023, along with a replacement of the AC Condenser, at a total cost of $1,486.82, plus $213.19 for additional labor. I called Visalia Ford but no answer, and I had to leave a voicemail. White had returned my call and informed me that the battery service was in fact performed on my vehicle and the cables were both fine. In regard to my AC concern, he told me that the Condenser and Compressor assemblies needed to be replaced at a cost of $2,170, and that we could discuss this further in person. When I picked up the vehicle, I reminded him that I had the Condenser replaced at Visalia Ford not too long ago, and White looked surprised and, after a brief hesitation, White said that it might still be under warranty. Why didn't he check the vehicle history? That's one of the main reasons I had continually gone back to Visalia Ford, because the service department maintained a journalized history of my vehicle to assist with future servicing. Immediately after leaving Visalia Ford with my vehicle, I went home and opened the hood. No work was done to that battery (I took a picture of the dated paid invoice from Visalia Ford which I placed next to the still-corroded battery post). Based on the fact that Michael White tells a customer whatever the customer wants to hear, regardless of whether or not it is true, it is doubtful that the battery cables were even inspected by Visalia Ford, rendering my vehicle unreliable even though I entrusted it to Visalia Ford for maintenance directed specifically at keeping it reliable. Thinking for a while, I realized I had another similar issue with Visalia Ford a while back with a radiator flush in May 2023, but I didn't have time to deal with it back then, and did not follow up with Visalia Ford. Prior to May 2023 when Visalia Ford had flushed the radiator, the fluid appeared very clear. The picture I took in May 2023 showed fluid which was murky, and I recall that the picture actually depicted the radiator fluid in a much better condition than it actually appeared during direct visual observation in-person. For many years now, dating back to the 2000s, I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars for service at Visalia Ford, and Visalia Ford did not return the loyalty to me even though I was paying cash in exchange for it. I can no longer trust Visalia Ford, and with a good conscience I cannot recommend Visalia Ford to members of my church, neighbors and family because I care about them too much, and based upon my experiences, Visalia Ford's service department is NOT trustworthy. A person should be able to pay Visalia Ford to do work without having to double-check to verify Visalia Ford actually completed it, and have to follow up with Visalia Ford once you learn they actually did NOT do the work which they invoiced, and which you actually paid for. This issue was raised to Visalia Ford and they never refunded the invoiced charges which were paid in full. February 27, 2025 Reply: Thank you for your Jan. 13, 2026 reply. You have my contact information in your database, it has not changed in over a decade. You use the word sorry, and state that you tried calling me for a refund, but you never promised any internal review or audit of your shop's failure, to actually cure the problem for future customers. I guess without any changes, others who attempt to get good service are likely at risk to be told what they want to hear too, without the actual work performed, as in my case. Tulare and Exeter have dealerships which I will now trust. As for the refund you claim to want to complete, I paid with my credit card and you can reverse that charge. Also, my address has not changed in over a decade, and its been in your database for over a decade--confirmed again on the date I paid you, if you were sincere about a refund. I was very disappointed with the service at Visalia Ford. read more

I had work done on my 2020 Ford Ranger (rubber trim replacement for passenger side door area). When I picked it up at the service location, my rear passenger seat was left on the floor along with the plastic large panel that tucks underneath where the seat goes, along with several of my personal belongings strewn all over the floor and the rear driver side passenger seat burying my Bible that was displayed on the seat itself (which offends me!). This was unnecessarily called for and I will not accept it! Unfortunately, I was not aware of this mess until I drove home because there was really no need to utilize my rear passenger seats to do a very small job. I filed a complaint on the phone and spoke with the female service manager (acted like she didn't give a dam) and rudely hung up on me when I was trying to speak with her. She stated she would meet me in person at the service area upon my arrival but instead had the male receptionist there to pass the buck and do her dirty work to him instead! She refused to speak with me in person, I guess because I was so irate on the phone she was too scared to face me! If that's the case lady, maybe you don't need to be a "service manager" then! The male receptionist walked me to my truck so I can show him what the service guys did to the back seats of my truck. The receptionist just slapped the seat in its place without fastening it (clicking it into place to lock) and said it was fixed! He must've really thought I was that stupid to know it wasn't fastened correctly! Not only did he do wrong by telling me that, I could've filed a lawsuit to Groppetti Auto for negligence if something should have gone wrong in the future and my passenger would have fallen off the seat with the seat itself incase there was an accident! I'll remember that next time that happens! Finally after, the receptionist said he would have my truck driven to the back to have the seat reset and locked with the large plastic cover under it, took about 5 minutes. Then, instead of having the receptionist approach me in the waiting room to tell me it's done, he instead just gestures his finger at the doorway telling me to come outside as I was sitting in the waiting room area. I've had supervisor jobs myself in the past and if something had gone wrong, I would literally go out of my way to see the customer "in person" to correct the problem and with a heartfelt apology and some type of complimentary service for the wrongdoing. Anything to make my customers happy...that's the old-fashioned "American Way", not like today's standards where customers get treated like dogs! Sick world we live in today unfortunately and personally I'm fed-up with it! Normally, I'm a very nice individual who just asks to be respected, but this BS ruined my entire day! Disrespect me, I'll disrespect you! Don't mess with me! Most folks don't let this entire fiasco bother them because they choose to be "stepped on" by other people, not me! I'm a proud U.S. Army Veteran with two tours of duty that deserves his respect by others. But if I get treated like a "dog" the way these people did, I will raise a stink you won't believe next time! Shame on all of you at Groppetti who spit on Military Veterans with total disrespect! I'm very disgusted with all of you and all of you should be ashamed! Not to mention disrespecting my Bible that was placed nicely in my back seat! Mr. Groppetti, you need to start doing some serious firing and rehiring the right people, they're slacking off on you! Unless you're in on it too, then shame on you as well! And no, I do not recommend Groppetti Ford to anyone, unless they want to get treated like a dog the way I did. After doing research on what a demo car is, we realized it is a "new" car that their Vice President is commuting in. While we were still interested in purchasing we were told it is still considered new and NO discount would be given for the 2,300 miles that have been put on the car. It was also not available to see because it couldn't be brought it on the day we had arranged to see it. Crappy service manager Erin said "it's okay to drive with your check engine light on as long is the car is running fine" as if she would do that with her car. Completely dissatisfied! Usually Ashley Freitas asks me for approval before going ahead with fixing something on my Ford Edge but not this time. I went in this last Monday for an oil change & tire rotation. She quoted me $85 for both. They could not go ahead with the tire rotation due to the wear of the tires and she let me know that it would just be the oil change this time. When she came back to tell me my car was ready she said she went ahead & changed the air filter since it was still under the price she quoted me. I'm pretty sure they have to get approval from the owner of the car before they can just start throwing in parts. And I know for a fact that 3 months ago I changed the air filter in my car, it didn't need to be replaced. And if they thought it needed to be usually hey would bring it to me to show how bad it was. If I really needed a new one I could have gotten it cheaper at Napa auto parts where I have an account. I just go here for the oil change out of convince. Don't think I will be coming back since that's not the only incident, a year ago they told me my breaks were perfectly fine when I knew they did not sound right. Come to find out it was metal on metal. They fixed their mistake that time at least. They nickel & dime you for everything here! If your a female forget about coming in, it's like they peg you for being stupid. I tried fighting this when I went to pay but she said I had to talk to Ashley about it. She wasn't available when I wanted to talk to her so I just left a pretty unhappy customer. I also hate the fact that they send you out to go looking for your vehicle when they hand you back the keys, doesn't seem like good customer service if you ask me. read more
