While your worker was nice & did an adequate job of cleaning the space, I am disappointed with the overall service because it did not meet the requirement of professional ORGANIZATION that I specifically requested and that you assured me of. I already have a trusted cleaning crew, and I chose your company specifically for the expertise of a professional organizer. Unfortunately, the service provided was strictly cleaning, and I've spent the last few days essentially re-doing the organizational work myself--a task I hired a professional to avoid.
