As of today, the owner has completely failed to respond. This was my message to her: "Dear Fresh Oil Cleaning Service Management/Owner, I'm writing to follow up on the service I received recently for professional organization of my garage. While your worker was nice & did an adequate job of cleaning the space, I am disappointed with the overall service because it did not meet the requirement of professional ORGANIZATION that I specifically requested and that you assured me of. I already have a trusted cleaning crew, and I chose your company specifically for the expertise of a professional organizer. Unfortunately, the service provided was strictly cleaning, and I've spent the last few days essentially re-doing the organizational work myself--a task I hired a professional to avoid. As a fellow business owner, I understand the importance of delivering on the services promised, and I genuinely feel that the service I received was a waste of my time and money. Over the next several days, he responded quickly to every question I had and was very accommodating with all of my requests. The result was AMAZING! I honestly could not believe the difference. Years of old grease were gone, and everything--from the ceiling vents and all the appliances to the metal shelving, floors, and every little corner--was thoroughly cleaned. Pedro Vasquez managed the actual cleaning team and was always on top of things for us. He took care of handlng the security devices in our facilities and oversaw the cleaning crew. From the corporate side of INX, Amanda Panzer, Chase Mooney and Silvio Morales were all amazing as they supporting each other in insuring that the work was always done in a satisfactory manner. Everyone on the INX team was extremely responsive to any call that I made and to questions that I had. They even made suggestions that were very helpful regarding the performance of the details in our contract. Without the slightest doubt or reservation, I would not hesitate for a moment hesitate to recommend them to others for janitorial work. Give them a chance to suit your needs and see for yourself how pleased you will be !

Claimed they would mop and dust which was never done. Constantly had to check cameras for footage and send it to them to prove services were never done. Was told on multiple occasions that the person was performing services for over 2 hours at a time which was a lie. Also kept telling us we were out of trash bags and toilet paper. We now have a supply for years of both. I urge people to check their cameras to check on these people as we were being lied to for well over 6 months. They were charging us $900 to show up for 30 minutes and take out the trash.
