Very disappointed in the quality of the work. Jeff has sold his business and I thought I was hiring him. Not so. You will not get the same service from the new owner. Frankly, I can't think of a time when the job quality was this bad. I called them to redo two areas where I had a pet problem. They charged me extra for the area, of course. The response to redo this area was delayed. They showed up without an appointment and wondered why I was not happy. They offered to set up an appointment at a future date. I wish I could give more than five stars. The communication before our appointment was outstanding! When the guys showed up, it would of been impossible to be more polite and professional. We had our carpet stretched in every room, the house is 14 years old and the carpet had never been stretched. The carpet was stretched so well you cannot even tell there were "waves". The previous home owner had several small children, juice stains everywhere. I am absolutely amazed, every stain was removed. Best part, Elite Carpet Cleaning was $1000 less than Coit. Never have I been so impressed by a company! We bought a house that came with some smelly carpet issues that needed to be dealt with STAT. What a difference! We can breathe again! The carpet looks revived! (And this is an old carpet) My husband's very sensitive nose thought he might have smelled something in the carpet after the warranty was up (my nose was not as sensitive to it) and Elite came right back (when I contacted them just for advise) and retreated the carpets. It seems as though most carpet cleaning companies will nickel and dime the cost until it doubles what the initial quote was. I eventually called Jeff to come over and give me a quote. He was up front, honest, and thorough. He gave me a great deal to clean my entire house. Carpet cleaning doesn't get any better. Jeff and his company are amazing. I thought I would have to replace my carpet due to some recent pet accidents- my elderly dog was having some accidents. Jeff was optimistic that his method would remove the STRONG pet odor from my carpet. I couldn't believe the results, his method removed all of the pet odor from my carpet. My carpet smelled and looked brand new! The most surprising part was the cost, I couldn't believe how reasonable his price was. I have continued to use Elite to maintain my carpets. DO NOT GO TO ANOTHER CARPET CLEANER AGAIN -- EVER. NO "DEAL" FROM ANOTHER COMPANY IS WORTH MISSING OUT ON WHAT THESE GUYS HAVE TO OFFER. When they showed up, i was aghast -- they looked too nice and clean cut to burrow into my filthy carpets. They did an exceptional cleaning job. Oh.... and their prices? I was stunned that they were so reasonable. In fact, I personally think they should raise their prices. I would pay a premium for what this company does. Also, they have a program to come out to your home 2x year. IF you have kids, sign up. We did -- for carpets and our upholstery. I wish I would have found these guys years ago. I scheduled an apartment cleaning and told them I wasn't going to be there, but would leave the door unlocked. I got an email confirming my appointment, as well as a text the morning of stating that the cleaner was on his way. Then nothing. I arrived at the apartment the next day and my carpet hadn't been touched. Not only did Elite Carpet not do their job, they didn't even attempt to communicate with me at all. After calling over 10 times, someone finally answered saying "there wasn't a key under the mat so we went on with our day". I'm not sure how obtuse someone has to be to not try the doorknob after I had clearly stated I would leave the door unlocked (not even sure why they were looking for a key). I wouldn't even have been that upset except for the fact that no one tried to follow up, instead, they just bailed on the job. And if I wasn't handing in the keys to the place the next day, maybe I would've tried to reschedule, but no, these people really blew it in the most ignorant and careless of ways.
