The first person in EIGHT YEARS to show up on time to my house. I was dreading getting this done Bc the last four times I've called a carpet cleaning service to my house they've showed up HOURS late and my whole day is shot waiting around for them... Not her. She showed up ten minutes early on a Sunday AM (bless that woman) and got to work cleaning within ten minutes of stepping foot inside my house. It was just one woman And she was more efficient than the three ppl that came to do my house from a different company last time I got my carpets cleaned. I am beyond impressed with this company. Carpets look great too but man the customer service has really blown me away. I generally just find the best intro offer when cleaning my carpets to save a buck...on Groupon or through a mailer... But i will absolutely go with this company moving forward based on their ACTUAL customer service which it seems no one has these days; except for them. Thank you thank you thank you. I never leave bad reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service from this company. I received a coupon in the mail from Carrington and thought I would give them a try. I called them on 12/20 to schedule a carpet cleaning for 12/23 from 3-5 pm. On 12/23, they called me at 8 am and told me they are closing around noon, but they could do 8 am Christmas eve, which I agreed to. Because of the day change (and since we have a dog) we woke up early ON CHRISTMAS EVE to re-vacuum the floors (which we had just paid cleaners to vacuum a few days ago) and move everything off the floor. We then waited patiently for hours for no one to show up. I tried calling and left several voicemails, and nothing... This was extremely unprofessional and ruined our holiday. We then had to go and rent a Rug Doctor and clean the floors ourselves on Christmas Eve. If you do happen to get them to actually show up to your house, hopefully, they do a good job. I cannot speak enough good thing about this company and Dawn. Previously, I had used Coit and Stanley as they are the "big names" out there so I assumed they would be the best- not true. Every time they came out they would try to upsell me, charge for the most ridiculous things, and send some sketchy people to my house. Carrington Carpet on the other hand- the MOST reasonably priced carpet cleaners I have found; which doesn't always mean good quality but in this case, it's such a deal- top quality cleaning AND good price. Reliable, professional, and top notch customer service. Additionally, after my first cleaning, I called Dawn and asked if she could come help me out with another cleaning as I was in a pinch. Did not have similar experience as other reviewers. Showed up 30+ min late, w/ no call until they arrived. Carpet cleaner was nice but not a mask in sight, not even a question like "hey would you like me to wear one, etc?" I mean people are bringing you in to steam clean and sanitize their home. I would expect their employees to wear a facemask or at least ask customers. Anyhow, after the actual cleaning I found stains that I def expected would be removed after this service. All in all... probably better options out there? Or more professional options out there? read more

Holly was fantastic. I took a chance on Carrington via an add I saw in the ValPak weekly/monthly mailer. I'm so glad I did. I called on 12/29 and they were able to get me in first thing in morning on 12/30. She was very prompt and called ahead to give me Courtesy ETA. It's a rental house they cleaned and when I scheduled, I didnt realize there were as many stains as there actually was. To my amazement, Holly essentially got them all out and even pointed out some I didnt notice. I'm so happy I called them. Scheduled an appointment with a two hour window. From 5 to 7. Was home all day picking up the house, vacuumed the house and waited. No one showed up. When I called the next morning I was told that they were here at 5:00. Said no one was home. Then I got the runaround, they needed a credit card to reschedule,more than a week out. I just got my carpet cleaned by Holly @ Carrington Carpet Care and the carpet looks AMAZING! We had originally thought of replacing some of the carpets in our home but decided to try steam cleaning them instead to see if the carpets had some life left in them. Surprisingly they do. The carpets look really good especially the stairs (13 of them) which we had previously thought definitely needed to be replaced, but instead we'll keep as long as we can keep them looking as good as they do now. Holly was the uber professional and was done in an hour. Carrington also prices cleaning per square footage of the house and not rooms like other companies which can be confusing because most CC's will add more $$ if the room is more than 200 or 300 sqft. read more
