I scheduled a carpet cleaning from All Pro after moving into a new townhome where the previous owner had a messy cat. I worked with Joe, who was very friendly and communicative. Joe was incredibly thorough and diligent in getting my carpet back to excellent condition. I really appreciate how he went the extra mile, while offering good tips and advice for carpet maintenance going forward. Staff and managers are friendly, but pricing is not transparent, and the service is just fine. I wasn't exactly blown away by the results, but we had carpet that was only a year old and no tough stains or odors, so it was pretty clean already. We were mandated by our landlord to have our carpets cleaned by All Pro upon moveout. I noticed some coupons on their website, so when I called to schedule, I inquired about that. The rep told me because my rooms weren't "cleanable space" (i.e., there was no furniture in them because we were vacating), the coupons did not apply to me. She said because of that she would give me a price of $40 per bedroom and $5 per stair. When Patrick showed up to clean the carpets, he said he had never done a job that cheap, and it was $60 per room. He said he would do me the kindness of "giving me the closets for free, because I'm guessing you didn't tell her there were closets." No, I did not mention the closets, because BY DEFINITION, a BEDROOM is a room WITH a closet, and I was very clear on the scheduling phone call that I needed four bedrooms plus a set of stairs cleaned. I had no choice but to accept the pricing. We were moving out and needed to use this company, so I had to just eat the additional cost. I did call the office, and Josh (whom I believe is the manager) was friendly and tried his best to explain the pricing. He apologized and said their after-hours call center staff aren't always aware of their pricing and specials. Okay, but that is a training problem that should not be on the customer. Patrick and I walked the rooms before he began cleaning to assess for any stains. He was finished in about two hours and asked me to look over his work. When I checked the guest room, I noticed two nickel-sized black marks on the carpet that were very obvious at a glance. I did not see them when Patrick and I did the initial walkthrough, and I can't say with 100% certainty, but I am fairly certain they were not there before. Patrick told me he thought it was ink and used an ink remover on it, but the stain wouldn't budge. I did call the office later in the evening, and the rep I spoke with was very kind and sent someone else out the next afternoon to address the stain. The guy got it out in very short order and said it was easy to remove because the carpet was fairly new. So I was thankful for that so I didn't have any charges for stained carpet from our landlord. I would've been more pleased if I knew the pricing going in, and because we were already incurring other costs associated with moving, having to pay the additional cost I wasn't expecting was inconvenient. I'm not sure I would use them again. I know they're "green" and use less moisture, but I'm sure there are other companies that offer that as well. read more

Honestly, I was at my wits end with the urine smell. The previous home owners had an elderly small dog that urinated everywhere (and I mean everywhere), and spent just enough on a cheap carpet cleaning and some deodorizer to cover it up when we did our walkthrough and before they sold us the house. Within 2 weeks of us moving in, the smell was overbearing. We tried a ton of different spot cleaners and chemicals and nothing worked. I was going to throw up my hands, rip out all of my carpet, Kilz stain the entire baseboard, and replace the carpet. I thought it was my only choice. My wife found ALL PRO Chem-Dry online based on the good reviews and thought we'd give it a shot. Value: It's very expensive, but if they could get rid of the smell and guarantee their work, then I was in. As all the other reviews have mentioned, Joe C. is awesome. He's honest, professional, and very obviously takes pride in his work. Results: Incredible. I didn't think it would be possible to totally eliminate the urine smell. All Pro Chem-Dry and Joe C. are seriously my heroes. Borderline miracle workers. I just cannot thank you enough for making my home a cleaner, safer environment for my family. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for any pet stain services. When I called, I was quoted a price of $60 for 4-6 "cd disk" sized spots of treatment to remove the smell of cat urine. When I was shown the stains by the technician there was somewhere between 12 to 15 small stains in one 4 by 7 area, 4 treatments at $60 each = $240 not cheap but worth it to fix the issue. He then preceded to dump product on a small 4 by 7 section of my rug that took about 10 min (maybe) then informed me that I was responsible for using a wet carpet-cleaning vacuum to suck up the product after a few days. He let me know it would take 7-8 passes with my machine to pull up the liquid. When I got the invoice it was $700, the technician explained this was due to the amount of product he needed to use. So in the end All Pro charged me $700 to dump product (that I could have brought from amazon for $60 a bottle) on a small section of carpet that I'm now responsible for cleaning up. No vacuum or machine of any kind was even taken off the truck. When I spoke to the manger, he offered me 10% off and justified it by saying they had to use a large amount of product and it's there standard process for pet stain removal. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he was on vacation and no one could provide me a time frame for when they would get back to me. Buyer beware. I highly encourage taking your business elsewhere. read more

My carpet had high traffic hallway from garage and a family room that our labrador sleeps in- so a fair amount of soil. Joseph from Chemdry did a great job - he certainly had deep experience and through a combo of pre treating and thorough rotating vacuum -everything cleaned remarkably. To my surprise, I got a call back within a few hours and was able to get on their books right away for the upcoming week. I just cannot recommend this business for your carpet needs. While I did have some urine stains from a puppy I got talked into treatments and several extras I as assured would take care of all my the stains. I ended up spending over $1400 and when I got back to the house a few days later it smelled WAY worse than when I left it. I ended up replacing the carpet to get the house in sellable condition to list it. All I can say is do not use this company for your carpet needs you will regret it. read more

The technician who serviced our home - Josh - was as professional as they come. He was completely up front about pricing, options, and very professional in the way he cleaned our carpets. We had some pet stains that were difficult to remove and he gave me all the options for removing them, and fully explained the costs and likelihood of completely removing the stains. All but two of the stains were completely gone, and Josh offered to give it a week to see if they improved and if not, offered to come back and try a different, more powerful remover if we wanted. He even told me up front what that would cost. The carpet cleaning itself was excellent. I highly recommend them. read more

I've used other Chem Dry franchises before and never had any issues. Unfortunately, this location wasted my time and money! They need to do a better job communicating honestly with their customers. If you say it's a big job and you are sending a two person crew, two people need to show up. I asked for a truck mounted steam clean and one tech showed up to clean with a portable unit. I was not told that couches with "back cushions" would be an up charge of $20 per cushion. It took one guy 3 1/2 hours to clean two small love seats, a chair and an ottoman. These items took 6 hours to dry!!! I had three fans blowing on them and circulating air. The tech told me it would take 1 to 2 hours to dry. They don't even look any cleaner!! The tech was "out of the special oxygenated stain remover". (There was a stain from spilled chocolate milk and someone putting their foot of the couch.) I ended up canceling the rest of my order because I needed the tech out of my house. It was 6:30 PM by the time he finished the first items I hired you to clean. When I called to schedule, I explained that I needed the job done before we had company for the weekend and was assured it would be done in time. My appointment was originally scheduled for mid morning on a Thursday. Someone "called in sick" so my appointment was moved to late afternoon Friday. Thanks to All -Pro Chem Dry my son and his friends had no where to sit until after midnight during their basement slumber party. We didn't have them clean the upstairs furniture like we originally intended so they hung out in the family room. They whole experience was a major inconvenience. Fantastic job! Josh and Dale did a great job cleaning our carpet. We have a large Labrador retriever with an oily coat and he has his favorite spots to lay. Josh did a fantastic job cleaning those spots. I was not sure he would be able to get those areas completely clean but he did along with the rest of the carpet. What I was also impressed with was they use no harsh chemicals. The came out on a very wet snowy and humid day and the carpet was dry in three hours. We have had the All Pro team out to our house multiple times in the past year between a water leak and pet accident and one good all around cleaning. Not a single stain left. Aside from the carpet showing it's age in a few spots with sun-bleaching. We used All Pro to clean up after our cat had peed on our carpet. The company was great about following up on the appointment, etc and would receive 5 starts for that. Unfortunately. the smell is still there and it doesn't seem like the PURT treatment did anything. I would use them again if it was for plain carpet cleaning, but we will now have to rip out our carpet after spending several hundred dollars on a treatment that did not work. We wish we would have known before. The guy seemed pretty sure it would work and the smell is still just as strong. :( I realize they can't promise it will go away but I expected that the smell would be less strong. read more

All Pro ChemDry is AMAZING!!! We made the mistake of having another steam cleaning company come out first, and not only were the carpets not clean afterward, stains started appearing that weren't there before, and they even "burned" places in the carpet with the Ph levels of their cleaner. Brett wasn't sure he could get them out, but sure enough, he did! The burn marks were gone as well as the new stains and old ones that the other cleaner had not removed. Their solutions are so much gentler, and their carpet buffer rules! That thing really gets the dirt out. The carpets dried so much faster, too, because ChemDry uses so much less water than other companies. We will never EVER use anyone else again!!! Was told by the woman who called the night before cleaning that they would move chairs. Showed him the three chairs to move...but not done....totally dry around and under all three. So obviously some of the carpet not cleaned at all. Also told had smaller contraption that could clean under open end table....that area dry too. Paid more than quoted and sent letter expressing concerns but no response . Will not use again or recommend to anyone in my community'. read more

Waiting to hear back from the owner regarding remaining pet odors in the bedroom. The tech, Dale, did a good job of cleaning, was professional, courteous, and up front about the pricing. When we discussed pet odors, he stated he could use an odorless cleanser to get rid of the pet odors, but after the day wore on, the carpet smelled more like a wet dog. We don't like citrus or any strong frangrances or odors, so we'll see how they reply to us. They were a bit pricier than our previous carpet cleaners.
