He walked inside the attic and unless he was blindfolded or legally blind, there is no way he physically did not see the holes the size of himself or the sunlight pouring in from outside. He is lazy and incompetent and will give you a false report on your home. We are now in a home that we are over our heads in because Chad couldn't do a job that he was paid to do. Do yourself a favor and please use any other home inspector in the state of Colorado.
