I initially came to John while experiencing some serious low and middle back pain, which he was able to remedy in a few sessions. Then I started to visit for routine care and pain relief. I spent two years seeing orthopedic doctors and having physical therapy for chronic tendonitis of the IT band. Nothing changed, except for changes for the worse to my hip flexor, knee, etc. One doctor said it is because i need a hip replacement. Two others said a hip replacement is a long way off. I had been very active but got to the point where i was limping and had pain when trying to sleep.I swim 3/4 a mile every other day, so am in decent shape if not trying to walk. Then a friend recommended John. Visit number one ended the pain and night. Visit two ended the limp. I feel the correct alignment and balance and the effect it has had on all of the tendons and muscles that were messed up for two years despite consistent stretching and physical therapy. I became a patient of Dr. Casci approximately 5 years ago and I'm very happy with the treatment I receive. Dr. Casci is my favorite because he has a combination of skills that other chiropractors lack. He provides excellent back adjustments with grace. He's very skilled at helping me to decompress my spine. He also taught me many helpful stretching exercises that other chiropractors don't seem to know. This clinic accepts my health insurance and I usually pay a nominal $15.00 co-pay per visit. His location has free easy parking. His clinic is equipped with adjustment tables, massage equipment, an inversion table, an excellent hydromassage table, and more. My back ALWAYS feels better after each treatment. I've been a patient of Dr. Casci's going on two years. I first came to him with sciatica and scapular/mid back pain.
