They are a small shop so if you don't call ahead it can take some time, but they use good quality parts, priced reasonably, and ultimately do good and thorough work. What's great is they explain exactly what they've found, why they're doing the things they propose and conduct themselves in such a way that they provide the right assurances you're not being taken advantage of. Being such a small spot, the only thing you'll want to consider is dropping your car off for any lengthier work as there's only a few seats outside where you can wait.

Brendan's Auto Body is the most amazing place I have gone for significant car work. My car (2012 BMW 135i) is my baby. I hand wash it every other week, wax it, give it 4 hour deep cleans and leather treatment, etc. When I was rear-ended by another car, I was devastated. Apart from the back bumper and trunk lid being pushed in, I had locking mechanism troubles with my driver's side door. I just wanted it fixed and back to perfect condition that it was before the accident. In comes Brendan. I pulled up to Brendan's Auto Body located on a fairly busy street. They manage very well with the space they have. It is crowded though, because everyone is getting their work done here (which is a very good sign). Brendan greeted me as soon as I got out of my car and asked me what was wrong. He took a liquid chalk marker and proceeded to highlight on my car all the issues I wanted to have addressed while in the shop. He even wrote a note on the driver's side door to look at my locking mechanism that I suspected was damaged during the collision. This immediately made me feel like all my issues would be addressed. After going through the whole car, we went inside where his attentive staff helped guide me through the insurance paperwork and any other concerns I had (ex. wanting OEM parts and replacements rather than patches). After the shop linked me up with Enterprise to get my rental car, I did not hear from Brendan's for almost 2 weeks. Though, leaving there I had full faith my car was in the best hands possible. Today, I received a call that my car would be ready in an hour and a half. When I arrived, I was again met by Brendan and shown my car. Not only was my car fixed to IMPECCABLE standards, but the inside of my car had been detailed, cleaned, and vacuumed. The outside of my car had been fully washed and waxed. My wheels had been detailed and cleaned as well. Brendan went around the car with me and looked at all the angles. He even caught little smudges from the waxing that escaped me. After noticing it, he made sure to call his employee over to take care of it on the spot. He made sure I was 100% happy with everything before giving me the keys and sending me on my way. In summation, Brendan's Auto Body is THE PLACE to go for auto body work. I will not go anywhere else, because this is the only shop that pay attention to detail as much, if not more, as I do to my car. Thank you Brendan!

My car was deeply keyed along 90-95% of the whole passenger side; the front passenger door was kicked, and the bottom of the rear passenger door & adjacent skirt was damaged, as well. I cried when I saw the damage; I love my car and its unique body style! And I was very worried about having it repaired to my quality standards. Fortunately, I followed AMMO NYC on YouTube and discovered that he was greatly impressed by and spoke highly of J&B BODYWORKS' expertise, well-equipped facility, significant attention to detail and overall care. I met with Joe Izzo (an owner) and his son Mike and they immediately assured me that my car would be treated as well as the Ferraris, Bentleys, Lamborghinis and other high-end cars that this shop is uniquely certified to repair by the manufacturers. Joe also went above and beyond in working closely with my insurance company adjuster to ensure that the needed repairs were covered within the insurance company's limitations and avoided the car being 'totaled' due to its age and the extent of the damage. Lastly, the J&B BODYWORKS Team went above and beyond by making some minor repairs that most people would not notice, except anal people like me. I have to say they did a great job on fixing the damage and the car was pretty much done when they said it would be done. Where I am totally disappointment, grease all over my light colored visors, inside windshield and ceiling controls (interior lights, moonroof...). They lost the key to my wheels but they did find another that I could use. A large chunk of rubber was somehow ripped off the weatherstrip inside my driver side door. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, Tony, he told me that his people could not have done any of this and that I probably never noticed the missing chunk of rubber. I do not work with grease and it is impossible that it was brought to them like that, they received a clean car. Also I am the only person who washes my car by hand, that said, I always open the doors and wash the door jams and panels inside the door. If that chunk of rubber was missing prior to the layover in the body shop I would have noticed it. I get in the car and drive everyday, I would have noticed. Being told I probably didn't notice was totally absurd. I was not looking for anything from the body shop but I wanted this experience to be known. So, my chat with the owner was a big disappointment! Lastly, my car was hit again and I contacted them to do the repairs. I found out pretty quickly that the insurance company removed them from their list of preferred body shops. I called Silva's twice and I was told by Steven, both times, that he would straighten that out with the insurance company, because he knew somebody there, and would call me back. Well, its been over a month and have heard nothing from them. If this is the way customers are treated I couldn't in good conscience use their services again.
