Pretty good all around, I'm glad it was in the neighborhood. I pretty much depend on my laptop for work everyday since I'm an independent contractor that makes websites. I had a laptop hinge that started to wobble, and had a bad feeling about it since the plastic was starting to bend, so I brought it here. They were very communicative, and called me whenever there was an update. I never felt like the job was a chore to them. The downside was that it was going to take a week since the part had to come in and it was the whole lid assembly that was needed, but that's understandable considering there's alot of makes for laptops so that's not a big deal to me. The hinge has held up, the only nit picky thing on my part is the plastic still kind of looks a little pried open, so it's not perfectly new looking, but it feels tight, and I think they did the trick functionally. It might be that that the plastic was warped because of the damage done by the shattered hinge. Thanks guys read more

Good service... could be better. I brought my Chromebook that needed a new keyboard and touch-pad. The tech (forgot name but wore glasses, was slender, and had a small beard) that looked at it was honest, professional, and gave me a fair out the door quote. He said it would take a week, but ended up taking longer for some reason. Since I could only go to their store on the weekend, I was told the parts would be in by the following Saturday - didn't happen. I had to wait for 2 weeks to get my laptop back to the store because I couldn't come in during the week. The owner was a little rough around the edges, but the technician was great and easy to talk to. Overall, would recommend this place. My laptop fan needed replacing, so I went here and got it fixed for about 160$ total. A bit on the steep side but I needed it so OK. After the repair laptop seemed ok even if new fan was a bit loud. It's a little less than 6 months later and my fan is already having issues (the same one) and they told me the warranty was only for 3 MONTHS! Like...seriously? I took my laptop to a different place and they told me that this elite computer place left out important screws and didn't make sure my fan and heat sink were okay with thermal place. I needed a SATA hard drive adapter to troubleshoot a laptop hard drive, and thought I would have to go all the way to FRY'S to get one. I walked into Elite Computers on the off chance that they may have one, and they actually had several different ones. I got what I needed, and the price was only a couple of dollars more than FRY'S, money I would have spend in gas driving all the way up there. First I took my daytrade desktop to the Geeks at Best Buy to fix a OS error and fix the 6 monitor video card, pay 220+ for the express service, after 2 days, they did not fix my monitors and OS error came back on, they just clean it and by doing so disconect my CD-ROM and one of the hard disks. I first choose them as they were open late and I could drop off my computer after work. Nathan greeted me right away. I was there to get all my pics and videos off an old broken computer that would no longer turn on. He took it apart right in front of me attached my hard drive to his computer and could see hard drive wasn't operating correctly. He explained my options let me ask questions and wrote me up.
