My roof was in very bad shape and I had many roofers tell me or give me a choice of just putting on a new layer. John was the only one that said NO and told me that all the old stuff must be removed. I am glad that I listened to John. This house was built in the 1930s and the old roofing material was about 6-8 inches thick and so dried out that it was hard as rock. It must have weighed several tons, if not more. My roof is now over 4 years old and it still looks like the day it was put on. The material selection and workmanship is excellent after more than 4 years.

I worked with this company to have roof installed back in June. Took a while for me to get funding…read moreand they were very helpful in waiting to fit me into a schedule to get it done. I did have a concern almost immediately after the roof was done. A team worker came out to take a look at the back of the roof that I specified, but I only know that by seeing his footage on my outdoor security cameras. He never rang my bell or followed up with me after his visit. Had he done that, maybe I would not have a concern now. I have had to escalate this to GAF to get them to come out and take a look and actually speak to me about what my problem is. I really don't want a problem with a leak to a brand new roof. If you call and ask them to get back to you, after the fact (it's only been a couple of months) that should not warrant the cold shoulder and non response to calls. I will update this the minute I understand how this company with a lot of day laborers "Stand Behind Their Work!"
