Dr. Saber is a wonderful dentist with a wealth of knowledge supported by her sharp attention to detail. I appreciate her communication in helping me to understand the what and why behind the dental work being done. I had two crown replacements done by Dr. Saber and the experience was infinitely better. Her dental assistant Yoselin is very sweet and on top of supporting Dr. Saber as she performs her duties. I got a cleaning with Trish and she did a great detailed job, leaving my mouth feeling refreshed. I look forward to my deep cleaning coming up. Front office lady is not friendly and wasn't nice over the phone or in person. She has a vibe about her that she knows what she's doing but isn't warm, patient, or explanatory. As a front desk receptionist at another medical office myself, I have higher standards for how we should treat patients. She's not a good choice for the first person people make contact with. The dentists I will say are very friendly and kind. They take their time and are reassuring. I'm giving this office this review because they told me that multiple root canals and crowns needed to be done on my teeth. I waited weeks for my insurance to get back with an approval and they ended up denying it. When I called the front office, they told me that I could call my insurance and appeal the denial. This was interesting to me because most medical and dental offices handle appeals themselves, especially when they submitted the request for it in the first place. They told me that if I don't or can't get it appealed, there was nothing else they can do to help me fix a broken tooth. While I know that insurance definitely denies necessary treatment at times, I feel that this case was a ploy to get more money from insurance. Multiple teeth my insurance said no treatment was necessary at the time and others could be fixed with a filling. Also, most notably, my partner needed a root canal under the same insurance I have, and his was approved because it was deemed necessary. I also sent my sister here before this all went down because of how kind the dentists were. She needed a second opinion on her wisdom teeth. This office told her she had 2-3 cavities when the initial office said she had none. Feels disingenuous and money grabby. None of us will be back unfortunately. read more

The last time I wrote a review was back in 2016, but my last visit was right before Dr. Azi had someone else take over the business. Therefore my last visit was several years ago with Dr. Azi and her team. I had a pleasant time with the older management. The reason why I am giving a 1 star is because of the lack of communication from the office. I recently noticed small black deposits on my filled molars that I cannot scrap off. I had my molars filled here several years ago and it was time for an annual check up anyway so I decided to call Elite Dental. I asked them about a cleaning and for them to check my fills and if I needed refilling to schedule one for the same visit so I dont have to do multiple trips. They quoted me $49 for an xray for new clients and cleaning was around $100. Once I told them I havent been back since the new management they wanted to charge me over $350 for the service without the cost of filling in the molars! Yikes! So much for trying to be a loyal client. I asked them if they can give me a better quote given I havent been back since the new owner(s) took over. The person I spoke on the phone told me she will discuss with her manager so I asked her to give me a call back. It's been 10 days since that talk and I have yet to get a call from them. The only thing I got was an automated text message saying its time for my annual dental checkup. I am disappointed. I feel like I wouldn't have been forgotten like this with the older management. read more

Came here as a new patient last week and Dr. Azi and her team were wonderful! They were very informative on the processes and what needed to be done to make my teeth all shiny and clean. Pricing for all the cleaning and procedures was mostly covered by my insurance and my out of pocket cost was not too bad at all considering everything I had done. The front reception area was well kept and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Dr. Azi was also kind and reassuring throughout my appointment and was able to answer any questions I had about what she was going to do and give me recommendations for what I should do in the future! Her staff were very friendly and helped me remain calm throughout my appoint and as the cleaning got more intense. It helped put my mind at ease and shows the care the staff at Elite have for their patients. Scheduling an appointment was not too difficult as you can do it over the phone or on their website. They do request you fill out the new patient forms before you show up for the first time, but you can fill them out there if you are not able to. Parking is readily available since it's located in a plaza with lots of other retail/restaurants. Do not go here! I recently saw Dr. Saber because my dentist who I've been with for over 35 years is retiring. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and X-rays since it's been a year since my last visit. I have fairly good teeth and no issues to report other than wanting a cleaning. I was told I had over a dozen cavities, needed a deep cleaning, had periodontal disease and essentially had thousands of dollars in dental work needed. After my appointment I reached out to my hygienist who has taken care of my teeth for over 30 years. She said RUN do not go there, find another dentist. She said, you have maybe 2 possibly 3 cavities and do not have periodontal disease and do NOT need a deep cleaning. Now, I will say Dr. Saber was very nice, the office staff was very nice, it was clean and I didn't wait long but I have a feeling they are trying to do all of this extra billing to capture additional revenue. I've had nothing but amazing experiences at Elite Dental over the year I've been a patient there! Arlene is so nice and welcoming at the front desk and can answer any questions you have while you wait for Dr. Saber to see you. I've had multiple fillings done and started invisalign treatment just recently. Dr. Saber has been very patient explaining the process and going over any concerns I had. She wasn't pushy at all, which I appreciate because a lot of other dentists try to oversell stuff to patients to make more money. Also, shout out to Martin, the best hygienist I've ever had! Though Kenia is very nice and pleasant to speak to, it doesn't make the dental work change. They go crazy with the root canals here and told me I needed multiple root canals for multiple teeth. My teeth are in fair shape and it had been a while since I was at the dentist so I believed them. I allowed them to perform two root canals and then put a crown on both of those teeth. Which took multiple visits and THOUSANDS of dollars. Within a few months of the first tooth that underwent the root canal, the crown broke. I had to come in and pay hundreds of dollars more for an extraction and they wanted $3500 more for an implant after already spending over $2000 on that one tooth. I thought maybe that tooth was weak so I was going along with it. BUT THEN the second root canal/crown broke as well and they "comped" me the $600 extraction of that tooth because I complained but they wanted me to do another $3500 implant on THAT tooth. I decided I had enough because I was paying thousands of dollars for work that was breaking my teeth and wasn't lasting even a year and I wasn't sure I needed in the first place. I have since then moved dentists and they have fixed up my teeth. They are taking care of my implants that I have to get because of Elite Dental and in inspecting my teeth only felt I had to get one filling and fix my old fillings. NOT 5 MILLION ROOT CANALS. Beware of the root canals. They treat it like a common procedure and will tell you you need a bunch of them and charge you thousands of dollars. There's thousands of dollars put into Elite Dental I'll never get back and have nothing to show for because that work broke and had to get replaced. They ask you to leave reviews for their contests and of course you just leave 5 star reviews to be a nice person, which explains my last review. Such a sigh of relief to be gone. read more

Just ok. The waiting room is nice but the dental areas seem messy and cluttered. There seem to be a lot of confusion in the front office with making appointments and insurance verification . I came here for routine cleanings for about 3 years as my insurance has red tape for switching dentists. They pressured me to pull my wisdom teeth in their office. I avoid going to the dentist at all costs. I think dentist visits is one of the most uncomfortable feelings a person can put themselves through. I'n my 30 plus years this is one of two offices that I trust and can feel relaxed in. The receptionist are very thorough with explaining the process and give you a warm welcome into the office. All the staff was professional and offered excellent customer service in ensuring I left satisfied with the work provided. The clinic is clean and I saw everyone taking the necessary precautions to ensure no cross contamination between clients. I've been coming to Elite Dental since January 2017 and I couldn't be happier with all of the work I've gotten done here -- including cleanings, fillings, cosmetic dentistry, gum laser treatment, wisdom teeth extractions, etc. I always look forward to my appointments and I'm always happy when I leave. Dr. Azi, Kenia, and the rest of the team are extremely pleasant, hard working, and they always do their best to accommodate my busy schedule. Also worth noting, my little brother has been very happy with the service he's received at Elite Dental for the last 7 years, as well. He first started here to prepare for braces and now maintains them with routine cleanings. We also turned our Uncle onto Elite Dental, too -- which took some convincing as he had been seeing his previous dentist for 30 years! He has been extremely pleased, and said that Dr. Azi has given him better care and a more strategic and well-thought out treatment plan than he ever got from his previous dentist. The reception was super welcoming and helpful on understanding certain topics and getting me started, Brianna (dental assistant) was also super comforting when being in the chair, she also told me each step they were going to pursue with my dental care. The doctor was super gentle when working on my teeth and she even massaged my jaw due to me having TMJ and not being able to have my mouth open for so long. I've had pervious work done to my teeth and compared to the other doctors she's very soft spoken and sweet. I'll be here for now on And this place was spotless! read more

Dr Sara Saber is the worst dentist I have ever seen. This past summer she urged and enticed me to get an unnecessary root canal and crown, because before the age of 21 she would not need prior authorization from my insurance. I would turn 21 in only a couple weeks. If that wasn't bad enough, the crown was poorly fitted. When I went back to tell her chewing on that crown was giving me immense pain, what she did next was not only against my consent, but very aggressive. She began shaving all the teeth on that side including molars. 5 teeth total. All because she did not want to change the bad crown. All she had to do is have the lab make me a new one. After all these bite adjustments where she lowered the height of my back teeth and shredded my molar cusps and biting surfaces, my front teeth and canines have been hitting each other causing jolts of pain. Sara Saber destroyed my teeth and quality of life, as well as made my bite extremely painful and uneven. I can barely chew. I lost 25 pounds that first month because of all the pain. If that's not bad enough, now I have extremely bad jaw pain and problems on that side where she made excessive and extreme bite adjustments. My jaw now clicks, and I have been diagnosed with TMJ and the treatments are not only expensive, but they are not guaranteed to work. I had a specialist evaluate me and told me my jaw now deviates, deflects, and moves forward in an effort to self-correct the bite that Sara Saber altered for the worse. I saw several specialists and the average estimated cost of treatment would run up to $30k with no guarantee of a resolution. I came in to Sara Saber's office healthy. I left with a condition not many know how to treat. The worst part of all of this is Sara Saber refused to rectify the situation. I don't know how she was licensed. She is extremely money oriented, doesn't care about what's best for her clients, and if you want what's best for you go to anybody else. She does not have the expertise to practice. I wanted her to adjust or change the crown, but she is extremely arrogant and believes her work is perfect. I have been struggling with every day life and may have to take time off from college. The amount of stress and pain I am living with is extremely unbearable. Absolutely do not choose Sara Saber to be your dentist. Also, when I asked for my records, it was incomplete. They claimed they had a data loss. read more

Normally when someone says they are going to see a dentist, they may be nervous. That's definitely not the case for me at Elite Dental. Every visit I have made so far, have been nothing but positive. Each member of the staff are all so kind and pleasant to talk to! Dr. Azi is so caring and respectful of any concerns, etc that you may have. I love how you can see that she truly has a passion for helping people improve their smiles :) Another thing I love about this place is the technology that they use! They use the latest, top of the line equipment! I wish friends and family had gone here instead to have certain procedures done. They definitely would have had less pain and faster healing time. So I was referred by a friend to this dental office for the discomfort I was feeling in my front teeth for few months. I went through few other dentist, x-Rays and nobody could find anything wrong with my teeth but the discomfort was there. First of all the office is beautiful , it's in a shopping center next to one of those franchise dental company. The outside doesn't do the justice , inside it's absolutely gorgeous( kudos to the Drs because later I found out they designed the interior themselves) Second :the minute you walk into the office they greet you by smile :)You don't see that often in the dental or medical offices anymore ! Third: Dr.Azi sat down with me and ask about how those teeth bother me even before the x-Ray , I was impressed right a way ( to the other offices: how can you just take X-rays even before you ask me what's wrong with my teeth! Get a clue!) After the conversation we had and the X-ray she took she started to do few tests with cold cotton and tapping on my teeth and basically eliminate all the possibilities to come to conclusion ,then she inform me that both of my front teeth need root canal! I was stressed out oh my god root canal and pain and ... :( She insured me that since my teeth are dead it wouldn't hurt and if It makes me feel better I can get them done by specialist that they have in their office at another day. When I asked for the FEES for those root canal, I couldn't wait to come back cause their fees are very reasonable. So I came back for my root canals and met Dr.E the Endo specialist. He was super gentle and I didn't feel anything even when he numb me :) and trust me I'm a chicken when it comes to dentistry ! The root canals went smooth and he was checking on me all the time ( and disrupting my nap that I was taking!) I didn't feel a thing ! Dang! This experience was the best experience I had ever had in my life! I can't just understand how the other dentists couldn't diagnose what Dr.Azi found and why other dentists can't be more gentle like Dr.E! This is truly one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. I work in the medical field as workers compensation advocate so I have seen all sorts of providers in every imaginable field of medicine. I take pride in being a very good judge of quality and service s I need to provide injured workers with the most caring and attentive providers to help them get well again. This year in particular has had me working with 15 dentists and I can say non have ever come close to the level of compassion and dedication to quality that this office and staff provide. I chose to transfer my care to them instantly and right away felt at ease when I was given m treatment plan. I was shocked not to see over kill treatment and no price gauging. All that they planed was what i needed and noting more. The Dr. put her emphasis on save as much of a tooth as she can and to do only what is truly necessary. I came here because I seen a lot of people post about this dental location all over Instagram and I just had to make the trip here for Zoom Teeth Whitening. The drive from my home to here was an hour an a half but it was well worth it because everyone was so pleasant to deal with. I was talking so much that I forgot to drink water before my whitening trays were going to start but the girl who helped me was so generous and offered me water and she didn't mind redoing all the placements of the cotton in my mouth since they did all of that so that the product doesn't seep into my gum. I did 4 sets of 15 minute sessions in the office that day and the lady applauded me because she said I had a high pain tolerance. I didn't have any sensitivity after except for maybe 5 hours after when I was sipping on ice water (because the water was super cold). I would highly recommend this place! My teeth was instantly whiter and they were able to focus on stains on my teeth and make them whiter as well. I feel super confident and happy with my teeth! Thanks to the team at Elite Dental, all my friends have been asking me where I went since they live closer to the office they will be paying this place a visit!
