The experience with J&C was quite the opposite: excellent communication, fast response for quote, competitive pricing, very knowledgeable, and the floor was repaired quickly and correctly. We got several quotes and this company was the most affordable - but we picked them because they were the only ones who were able to foresee a huge problem they would encounter while giving a quote. All other companies missed it. We did feel as though the job was very rushed, we were told 2 - 3 days and it was done in less than one day. Because of this, we felt as though there was quite a lot of nicks in our trim and they had to come back and make some other changes they forgot on the job. More communication AFTER the job would have been appreciated. We had to follow up about billing and the problems. There was no formal walk through or call from the office to see how we liked the floors. I understand the office was busy, but some acknowledgment of our communication would have put us more at ease. They did reimburse us a very small amount for the little damages.
