Excellent company, excellent service, honest, prompt and well prepared. I called Elite after having a tenant back into my garage and another company quoted me $4k to replace it due to it being "unrepairable". Granted the door is 20 years old but I was hoping something couild be done. I called Elite and Junior was onsite within 2-3hours. He explained that the door panel was discountinued because of its age but it could still be repaired with a bit of work. Knowing that the repairmen before him suggested a brand new door, Junior could have easily been dishonest and advised the same. I assumed he would need to come back at a later date but he was prepared to email me a quote on the spot and had all of the tools and brackets stocked on his truck to get the repair done right then. Highly Skilled Professional Excellent Pricing Friendly Prompt Service I contacted Junior through Yelp and received an immediate response.
