5 stars are not enough! Milton, the owner of Shadow Hills came out the same day to replace a broken spring on my garage door. I can't say enough good things about this man. First he made suggestions that saved me money and when I mentioned that I was thinking of replacing the entire door because someone had run into it and dented the bottom panel, he said he could put a reinforcing brace to straighten the dent and I could just paint it and have a virtually new looking door! You could have blown me away. When have you ever had the owner of a company actually try to down sell you?! Along with the spring replacement, he lubricated every moving part as well as the screw drive on the opener. That opener has always been very noisy, now it's as quiet as a belt drive opener.
