It necessitated tearing down the wet, damaged drywall ceiling and walls, and working in difficult areas to access- around the water heater and A/C unit. Although this company usually does BIG jobs for major companies, apparently no job is too small for them. They treated it with the same respect, care and service that they would for a job that would cost thousands of dollars. They did an OUTSTANDING job, and completed it all on one long day, instead of working (and charging for) two days. I highly recommend this company! Mario (who was in charge of the work) was professional, prompt and careful. He made sure my patio furniture (adjacent to the utility room) was protected, and put back everything exactly as it was. They moved our things carelessly and caused a lot of damage. Every piece of our wood furniture was scratched with deep gashes, glass bottles were broken, and paintings were scratched. My wedding dress was thrown on the floor next to broken, leaking oil bottles. We have a number of lego sets that were thrown into a pile upside-down. It looked like a natural disaster had come through our apartment and it was devastating to see all of our belongings thrown around and damaged. The crew left staples in the walls and window sills and damaged a lot of our walls (see pictures). When I brought this up with Carlos, he tried to gaslight me, saying that all of the damage was preexisting and that the dust everywhere wasn't from his crew (it was obviously drywall dust). He ended up giving us a couple of hundred dollars off the price, but it was nothing compared to the thousands of dollars we've had to spend having our wood furniture refinished and hiring other contractors to fix the damage they caused to our walls. I deeply regret hiring them.

Hamilton's Unlimited was here before the plumbers and had my house back to normal in less than four…read moredays - including new drywall and paint. On a Sunday evening, a huge clog backed up the drain for both of my 2nd Floor bathrooms and the water ran down into my 1st Floor ceiling. I got the water turned off and called the plumber and Kevin at Hamilton's Unlimited. Since I also have a Powder Room on the 1st Floor, I told them both it can wait until Monday morning. Early the next morning the plumber called to say they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they move me up. Of course, I told them yes. By the time the plumbers got here (early), Hamilton's Unlimited had already removed all of the wet ceiling, disinfected the framing, set up fans and a dehumidifier, and hauled away the debris. As a bonus, having the ceiling open like that helped the plumbers determine where the clog was which saved me even more time and money. That afternoon, after everyone had left, I was sure I'd be dealing with this for a week or more. However, over the next 48-hours, Hamilton's Unlimited kept in contact with me, even stopping by, to ensure that the drying process was progressing to their liking.
