So we reached out to Emily with around 1-2 weeks before our target date. After we paid the initial fees ($250 for the ceremony + another $250 for the confidential wedding license), she set up a phone call to get to know us and helped with the details such as where it'd be, when, and if we wanted to say our own vows.
