I reached out through Yelp (in desperate panic mode), and they replied fast, explained what I needed, and were super helpful before I even walked in. The place is bright, clean, and has the kind of chill energy that makes you feel like you've been going there for years. Grace took care of my nail and was so gentle.. I was in pain, but she handled it like a pro. She even recommended a nail builder to keep my nails strong, which I didn't know I needed but now swear by. Duyen was sweet and made sure my daughter and I had drinks like we were at a spa. Sophia was working nearby and still had such a kind energy. And Phil? Phil is the unofficial house comedian. If you like your nails with a side of stand-up, he's your guy. AND... Grace and Phil randomly started singing. Like, actual vocals. I came in for a nail repair and somehow ended up at a mini concert/comedy show. 10/10 would attend again. So yeah.. if you're looking for quality work, fun vibes, and a place that doesn't feel stiff or awkward, this is it. Come for the nails, stay for the entertainment. I'll be back again. At the end of the service I was given a cuticle oil!

I got coffee but then i saw my friend got hot chocolate and i definitely wanted to get that next time. I got my pedicure done by Christy and she was awesome! Very friendly and lovely. Would love to get her again. I saw that they also offer lash lifts too so I'm definitely thinking of trying that as well!

You're greeted with a warm, friendly smile, and my favorite part is being asked, "What drink would you like, miss?" A complimentary glass of bubbles never hurts. The dedicated service, clean and hygienic atmosphere, and the level of care and precision are truly impressive. It's competitively priced compared to other local shops -- you might pay about $10 more, but you can't really put a price on comfort and luxury. I love it here. Keep up the great work.

I scheduled a visit a few days in advance for three people and four services and paid an $80 deposit ($20 per service) via Venmo. One person canceled that morning, but I was able to switch to a different service for myself that same day vs. losing my deposit. The two pedicures were fine. They were basic pedicures, and aside from the water initially being extremely hot, I was happy with the results. Because of the deposit, there was also no wait time. The head spa, however, was a completely different experience. This was my first head spa, so I was excited and expected it to be relaxing. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The massage was brief, and despite the menu stating that oils would be used, none were applied. During the double cleanse, the technician used her fingernails rather than her fingertips, which became painful. There was also an excessive amount of cleanser, and rinsing it out was difficult. The water temperature was extremely inconsistent--going from hot to ice cold--and water got into my ear. Instead of feeling relaxed, I was uncomfortable throughout the service. Afterward, my hair was not completely dry. When I asked for serum, I was told it had already been applied, and I had to explain that I wanted my hair fully dried and soft. Another staff member eventually finished drying it, and the end result was much better. The two services totaled $138, or $158 with a 15% tip. I shared all of this feedback with the front desk before leaving. They were receptive and said they would provide additional training. I was also told that the technician was new to the salon and has some communication issues. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns, but based on my head-spa experience, I would not return for that service. *********************************************************** FINAL THOUGHTS Making a reservation requires a deposit, but it does give you priority if there's a wait. PRO TIP: I visited on a Saturday around noon, and it wasn't busy at all. If you're coming in solo, you can probably skip the reservation and deposit. I've had two pedicures here, and the service was totally fine. No issues at all. I also clearly saw the technicians using Barbicide to disinfect their metal tools, although I didn't pay attention to where they pulled the drill bits from. Overall, the salon is CLEAN, which I really appreciate. Personally, I wouldn't get a head spa treatment here again. I was told they're having plumbing issues because the building is old and that their plumber hasn't been able to resolve the problem. However, based on my experience, I feel some of the issues were related to the technician and not just the plumbing. That said, I'd love to hear from others who have had a head spa here. How was your experience with the water temperature? Did you have a better experience with a different technician? I'd genuinely be curious to know!
