She gave me a lot of tips regarding pregnancy since I am obviously pregnant. The basic manicure comes with normal nail polish. Unfortunately, it started chipping after just a day. Went here for a pedicure and dip manicure and left with crooked nails and an infected toe. To be fair when I didn't see the tools come out of a sterile bag I should have ran out as fast as I could but I stupidly stayed. They hacked up my tie and I was ended up waking up with pus coming out of my big toe. Thankfully I was able to treat it quickly so it's already on the mend and almost healed after 5 days. read more

Thank you for saving my nails!!! I went to another place because I just got engaged and need my nails done for Photos. Thank god for filters and good lighting because they were horrible. They started to fall apart two weeks in. So I found one near my house and they were appalled at my nails from the other place. They fixed them no problem and didn't even charge me for two nails that were broken. I was falling asleep on the chair which means that's how good they were. I told them after I wanted my feet done as well. She told me next time they could do it at the same time. Girls you know nails can take up to 2 hours so if you can cut it half the praise the lord. They have great machines and got an excellent massage while my pedicure was being done. Almost fell asleep again. They were priced very well $70 for the whole thing and I gave them a $10 tip oN because she stayed after they closed. Amazing customer service. They talk to you and joke with you. I had high hopes for this salon after reading the reviews. I went in for a gel manicure, after having 2 bad ones in a row at 2 different places my nails had ended up pretty short. I was looking for a new place to be my regular salon. They convinced me that dip powder was BETTER and would last AT LEAST 3 WEEKS and would help my nails grow. The first chipped nail was the day after my manicure, and I had flown out of town for a wedding, or I would have gone back for a repair. But it just got worse from there, I ended up with most of my nails chipped badly after a week. These pics are from 2 weeks from the day of the manicure. I want to add that I was under the impression that a manicure of ANY KIND comes with other services, like cuticle care, maybe some moisturizer at least? Well let me tell you , they didn't do ANYTHING besides my nails. No soaking in water or removing cuticles. My hands never got wet or moisturized or anything. Maybe this is all you get with a dip powder manicure? Very disappointing, and $10 more than a gel manicure. I went to another salon this morning, and had to pay $10 to have the dip powder removed! Came in on a Saturday around 11 to get two nails fixed and a pedicure. The lady Alysha was able to take me right away to fix my nails. My original set was not done here, but she was able to match the shape (coffin) and color to my other nails pretty well so I'm happy about that. She seemed very nice though I wasn't in her chair long - I wouldn't mind seeing her again. When I got my pedicure, AFTER putting the paraffin wax on the guy asked if I wanted regular or gel polish. I didn't know that you're not supposed to do gel polish after you get the wax - but I answered the question when I was asked. He passed me off to another lady who had been working in the next chair and she proceeded to tell me that she had to do extra cleaning on my feet because I decided last minute I wanted gel. I didn't appreciate that comment because she heard when the guy asked me. He should have asked me prior to putting the wax on and it's terrible customer service for her to make an accusatory comment like that whether she was next to him or not I didn't appreciate being told what I did when that was NOT the case. I took off a star for that Not sure if it's just this shop's thing or what but no other shop that I've been to charges an extra $12 if you want gel polish. They do. I've been to many shops and never experienced that. FYI. Overall I'd come back and now I know to let them know I want gel polish in the beginning so I can't be accused of a last minute decision. read more

I messaged them for an appointment, and they were super responsive and accommodating to my need for an early appointment. They staff was so friendly. My daughter and I are pretty simple with what we need but they understood. They were very gentle on my cuticles and as some may know I hate when people cut my cuticles, but I may let them do it again. I got the spa pedicure and the massage was so relaxing. My daughter got her usual mani and pedi and she loved it. They were very patient with both my kids. I feel so bad sometimes because my kids can be crazy in nail salons. Decided to go with this place since better of the looking for the area. color choices of OPI, China glaze then other random cheapy brands. Water was initially very hot with 90 degrees outside plus I'm 9 months pregnant with already swollen feet. Had to ask 3 times to cool the water. $30 for their "special pedicure" and Callus treatment. Which is not bad pricing but for their top choice, there was no massage. Unless they counted removing the paraffin wax and rubbing off the excess. Extremely disappointed. Was given no options for manicure choices. Just soaked my hands in water, cuticles, file and paint. No oil or lotion / massage what so ever. And never told price. They paint the nails then do no clean up. Once done, they just walked away from the chair. Never said if I was done. No disposable flip flops. No fans or lights for drying.
