I think $35 for a basic pedicure is the perfect price point. It comes with a hot stone massage and scrub and lotion. They carry the tub of water to your seat, and it is filled with rose petals and fresh lemon slices. They are not pushy at all with adding services, which I super appreciate. The environment is super chill. My nail tech was great, detailed, and paid careful attention to cutting cuticles and applying polish. They have color options for both regular and gel polish. So, I had contacted them directly to see if I could add on a Builder Gel (Hard Gel) Manicure on top of my already booked service, and they were able to add on my booked service, upgrade it to a Basic Gel Pedicure, and have me come in an hour later. The service only took 2 hours for both! What a turn around!! The quality of service speaks for itself within the pictures! I've been going here since they opened. I noticed they are starting to not keep their appointment times and making customers wait past their scheduled time. It's unprofessional. I went in for an eyebrow and lip wax. Anie is always nice and friendly but, the quality of service has gone down. She had gotten wax on my inner lip and instead of cleaning it off she waxed it ripping my skin and causing me to bleed. She said this has never happened before and apologized profusely. I was in shock and felt like she cut corners. She gave me a discount on the wax lip. But now I have a wound on my lip that is swollen and burns. read more

It was my very first time at this nail salon yesterday morning the staff is Friendly, welcoming got me in right away I think it's really awesome they do manicure and pedicures at the same time also made my experience somewhat enjoyable the only complaint I have is it can get frustrating when the tech doesn't understand what your asking for especially when I've never done Ombre nails before as well as Yuna did a splendid job on my nails I'm happy with them she was highly recommended by people but they could've been filled down a bit shorter. I didn't get the name of the guy that did my Pedicure either he did a fantastic job he was a sincerely welcoming person and was incredibly quiet I occasionally like to interact with them it seemed like he was nervous about doing my service unless he was shy. I went in on Thursday 6/11/26 with my natural nails shaped and grown with gel polish I did at home. I had a pinkish nude base and white French tips. I let the lady know that I wanted exactly the same thing I had, just refreshed because my nails had grown to the point you could see the nail through the sheer base I had on. She said yes she can do it. Then she does a builder gel and makes the nails look so bulky and like bubbles and made them so much shorter than I came in with, which ok, I understand shaping can mean shortening the nail, but they weren't even straight or even. They all sloped upward to the right or left, I came it with nice square shaped nails, but now because she made them so short and wrongly shaped I had to reshape them causing them to be even shorter. Then when she got to the French tip she made them look completely different to what I had. So I showed her pictures trying to explain again how I wanted them to look. She kept getting frustrated and wiping everything off, but then kept doing them exactly the same way as if I would like them this time, when I have been telling her I don't like the way she had done them. The last time she tried I was looking at my nail and she said "Now what?" In a very rude tone. Then she said we should just do one color, because she can't do what I want. Even though she reassured me at the start she could do a French tip (in my opinion a very basic design that any nail technician should be capable of doing). The fact that she didn't put my requests into consideration and continued to repeat the same design that I clearly explained I wasn't happy with made me feel unheard and dismissed. She was rude and taking out her frustrations at me. In the end she was at least apologizing saying sorry I couldn't do what you wanted so I'm thankful for that, but I believe that should've been expressed from the start if she couldn't do a simple French tip design. I could tell she was rushed at the end and ended up doing a very sloppy job on the polish, I had polish on my skin that I had to clean off and a blob of top coat on one of my nails. She didn't clean up my cuticles even though I paid for a MANICURE and painted the polish so far from the end of my nails that it looks as far as my 2 week old polish did that I came in with. I also got in at 3:30 and didn't leave until 5:20. I wish I took a photo before I filed the nails straight for the square shape I wanted. But even so these look awful. Today is only one day after, 6/12/26 so they haven't grown much at all since getting them done. You can see how poorly they were painted. read more

I have seen a few technicians at the salon for my nails and all have been great. Tony, Linda and Vanessa. Additionally others for pedicures that I can't recall their names. Everyone has been thoughtful and all seem to truly trying to provide great service. The salon is also clean and as a former salon manager and stylist it seems to be well run. I ultimately decided Vanessa is the best match for me. She clearly knows what she is doing, she listens to me and she is just a pleasant person to spend a hour with. I came in today after giving my nails enough time to heal and grow out. John kept his word to help me with my nails and set me up with a different nail tech. I had a great experience with Yuna! She was very sweet and gentle with my nails . She was also very patient as I couldn't decide which color to pick. After the service was done I was able to speak with John again. Bougie on a budge! Well this place is on par for the market:) Loved that this nail salon has a separate enclosed room for acrylic to encapsulate the smell into one space. As a plant person I love relaxing and enjoying the beautiful foliage throughout. Their gel pedicure is reasonably priced and I have yet to leave without being satisfied. It was gray and raining outside but the salon was bright and cheerful, uncluttered and clean. I decided on the spur of the moment to get a pedicure and found this place while looking through YELP. The venue was very clean and bright! The staff were all friendly. There are no pedicure tubs at each state but a tub on rolling wheels is brought to the station by my tech, Henry. The water temp was perfect and each tub also contained a disposable liner. The massage chair added to the total experience. My technician, Henry, was very friendly and checked on my comfort frequently, though his English was poor. He was very skilled and provided a wonderful pedicure experience for me. As an elderly woman with foot neuropathy, this kind of pedicure with foot and leg massage provided perfect relief. Unlike many salons, they allow many forms of payment including Zelle and VENMO. This makes it extremely easy to pay without having to have cash or paying a surcharge for debit or credit card. I highly recommend this nail salon and Henry, in particular. read more

I came in for a nail removal and won't come back. They rip the nails off for you in a painful way. I asked if they could use a filer and she said no because it was faster to rip them off despite me already expressing my discomfort. 3/9/2024: I decided driving to EFNS, i.e., Eco Friendly Nail Salon despite, EFNS is over 36-MILES away from my humble abode. This manicure and pedicure session were quite simple--no nail polish due to a future surgical operation; however, I requested my nails buffed . . . Unfortunately, due to the language communication barrier, i.e., I failed learning Vietnamese, my nails weren't buffed as requested and more importantly, the Manicurist didn't remove the exposed hangnails either while the Pedicurist left my heels feeling rough. BTW: A couple of nights prior to visiting EFNS, I buffed my heels soft and removed the majority of the hangnails from my hands; however, I couldn't remove the rest of the hangnails due to poor dexterity. FYI: I decided driving to EFNS, i.e., Eco Friendly Nail Salon despite, EFNS is over 36-MILES away from my humble abode. Giving two stars instead of one because Vanessa was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable, and the lady doing someone else's pedicure next to me also seemed very nice. Knocking two stars off because this place wasn't very clean. There was grease on the seats from people's hands, the floor clearly hadn't been swept (at least not very well) recently, and the walls were dirty. To top it off, the complimentary drink that I received expired in November of last year. My nails look fine, but overall I wouldn't go here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. read more

This salon has a difficult time honoring an existing appointment. I'm not sure if they are over booked, understaffed or underestimate the time it takes to complete a service but I repeatedly wait an unnecessary amount of time to get my service completed. After repeatedly being told it would only be a few more minutes until they could start on my manicure, which I had a reservation for, I eventually had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer.
