When I arrived at Foot Solutions, there were a couple of people there in front of me and I was asked to wait safely in the lobby. When the person came out to escort back the elderly lady already waiting, he took my chewed up orthotic. Within minutes, he was back out with my new insert and even gave me a good sale price. In addition, the toe that was corrected with a pin never healed properly and now "floats" rather than resting naturally on the ground. Despite prolonged taping and following the postoperative instructions provided, these issues never resolved. I became so dissatisfied with the outcome that I ultimately chose not to return for additional treatment. I understand that no surgery comes with guarantees, but I feel my concerns and the long term appearance and function of my foot were not adequately addressed. Years later, I remain unhappy with the results and regret having had the procedure performed. Based on my personal experience and outcome, I cannot recommend this surgeon.

It took them more than a month to get my orthotic and when they did it sat on their shelves for a week and they forgot to call me. Then on the date of my follow up fitting they said they needed a more detailed order from my doctor. I would have appreciated longer notice. I was also accidentally hung up on or transferred to the wrong numbers by their front desk staff. Overall, the service was slow and not professional in my opinion. I'm also in the health care field and would not recommend them to any of our patients. I would recommend you make the trip into Austin for any future orthotic needs and avoid this business.
