I knew he would take apart the dryer to clean the lint from inside the bottom as well as get the duct work cleaned. He tested everything after he was done and wasn't happy with the force of the air coming out from the roof vent. He went up into our attic and took apart a section of the vent pipe and found a stubborn ball of lint. That made all the difference. Like my last review, Jon was on time (actually a few minutes early) changed his footwear every time he entered and left the house, completely cleaned up everything in the area where he worked and even went up on the roof in the rain.
