He came highly recommended from our realtor and after doing my own research I that showed she was right I went with him. I am so glad I did. Report seemed a…read morebit questionable from the start as it seemed like there was more paperwork and ink spent on disclaimers for non responsibility than about the actual house. VERY obvious porch roof problem totally missed, when we pointed it out we were told they would fix it themselves. Contract for house expired because our house didn't sell, but we reopened negotiations on the same house and were assured by our realtor that repairs would be done. He also sent us the confirmation about that from Dan at Lighthouse. The day we did our walk through, we were informed that Dan would have nothing to do with it because it was on a previous contract and his insurance told him not to touch it. Other missed items include: dishwasher doesn't work correctly, knobs loose on Viking range, griddle on same range blasts flame out the back. cabinets in bathroom that have broken doors, half of a french door that won't open. ........ Just be advised that this business cares nothing about their customers or their customer service. Find a different inspection service. One that can actually find the faults on the house you are looking to buy.
