Most of us know how expensive they can be but I have to say I am sooooo glad I met Abby! She is soo affordable and an amazing trainer. Shes young, shes has a degree in what she does and the best part is she comes to your home gym and works with you around your schedule. Every work out with Abby seems soo different, she will never repeat the same workout with you and every week she focuses on something different. The first time I called Abby up, I was hesistant, and her first session is free, where she does a work out with you to see where you stand, she talks to you about your goals and what you are trying to achieve and once you sign up with her, she actually takes your measurements and body fat and then keeps a record to see how much progress you have made over a certain period of time... She even sat me down and spoke to me about my nutrition and my eating habits, shes not just a personal trainer, but shes is someone who really does care about her clients :) I know I am on the right part especially now that I work out every day on my own as well as work out with Abby once a week and it does not feel like a chore but just part of my daily routine :D

I've previously been a member at several large box gyms but often felt uncomfortable with the sales pressure and long term contracts. Nothing like that here - at SFX I felt right at home. Everything from the front desk to the trainers (thanks Evan) made me feel right at home. The gym has all of the equipment you'll need to get a great workout in - whatever your goals are - but the real gold is the people. The staff and trainers made themselves available to answer questions and are extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Gym-goers are a total mix of ages and fitness levels and the monthly fee is reasonable. I look forward to checking out some of the classes and camps in the future. I'm still going to be patronizing all of the great food and drink in Roswell - just adding SFX into my routine!

Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind, he also has an arsenal of health and nutrition tips. The owner, Rick, makes everyone feel welcome and there is a diverse clientele with youth sports training and more senior or seasoned patrons like me (smile). Julian, one of the founders, is amazing with nutrition coaching, sports and functional/mobility training that has helped me with a few hip flexor issues that have come up over the years. There are also classes focused on strength training and cardio. I started small and was encouraged by another gym goer, Stephanie, to come with her to a few. Now, in addition to training, I attend step, boot camp, boxing, glute camp and even trampoline! I am grateful to her and countless others for their encouragement. The location is very convenient for me (eliminating excuses) and they have everything on hand from towels and showers to 360 body scans. I lost my way for a few years even though I knew what to do (certified personal trainer, past figure bodybuilder). The missing link was the accountability and sense of community to help keep me on track. Thanks to the great staff at SFX, I have found my way back and wouldn't trade the process for anything. I have a pep back in my step, I have energy, and when I do work out I feel a sense of "I can do this". They helped clean up my form and taught me different levels of intensity for the same exercises They don't push you with more than you can handle (and they pay close attention to any aches or pains you are dealing with), but they definitely help you believe in yourself. During each session, even though it was a class with several women, they never faltered in making sure each woman had each exercise tailored to what they could do and felt comfortable doing.
