Well, we recently took it in for cleaning and resizing (since I did not give it to her until last May). The older lady working the store cleaned it and when you look at it, you could clearly see red fuzz embedded in the ring. She proceeded to tell us it was just a reflection from a different colored sweater my fiancée was wearing. After we showed her it was just embedded fuzz, she told us when they resize it they would do a deep clean and it should be removed then. Fine. She proceeds to tell us she can't send it off for resizing for 2 weeks. Ok. The ring is about a .5-1.25 sizes too big. It falls off all the time and spins freely around her hand. The lady proceeds to tell us that it is "normal" and "fine", and shows us her ring which fit nicely on her finger saying it was the "same". My fiancée asked if hers falls off every time her hands get wet or if she moves too rapidly- she says "No" and then repeats the fact that we have to come back so the conversation is "irrelevant". I didn't know customers were such an inconvenience! Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bc the ring was beautiful and 30% for Black Friday. But this visit is not helpful and the ring is clearly not clean.
