Unfortunately had a poor experience here when getting an estimate for repairing a pearl necklace (restring and new silver clasp). A female manager quoted me a very high price of $650 due to labor costs, without even measuring the necklace or counting the beads, said that's the cheapest in the mall and how another shop wouldn't give me the same price. She also pressured me by saying today was the last day of the sale. Nonetheless I walked away, did not feel like it was an honest or professional experience. read more

I used to think that you needed some level of competence in order to open a store but Elite Jewelers has proved me wrong! The only thing you need is the audacity! We came to Elite Jewelers in July to create a custom piece. We did not receive this piece until late November (after Thanksgiving). These people are incapable of writing anything down which makes it hard when you're ordering something from them. We ordered a 16 inch necklace, the first iteration they gave us was a 18 inch. The chain they created was such shitty quality that it broke within the first use, it literally snapped apart. They replaced the chain (after making us pay for another one!) and delivered the necklace again.....in an 18 inch length :). In total it took them 5 tries to deliver the original thing we ordered. If you are having them deliver something, make sure to confirm the shipping address with them at least multiple times. We confirmed the shipping address with them at least twice and they still got it wrong. They also do this really annoying thing where you call them asking for an update, they say they will look it up and call you back then, you guessed it, they never call back. You then have to call the shop again in which the staff says that the previous person you talked to left without leaving any semblance of a note so you have to relay your ask again. They say they will call back and the cycle continues! This store is full of incompetent illiterate buffoons who specialize at wasting your time. There are tons more jewelry stores in the Tysons area with staff who are able to both read and write. I would suggest going to those instead. read more

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a custom ring my husband purchased for me from the General Manager at Elite Jewelers, Tysons Corner, and to respectfully request the owner's assistance, as the General Manager has refused to help resolve this matter. From the beginning, the experience has been exhausting--marked by incorrect CAD designs, wrong sizing, multiple issues with poor craftsmanship, repeated delays with little communication, and ongoing issues throughout the process. Although initial efforts were made to correct problems, each "fix" only created new ones, including my current concern: a visible indentation in the halo that was supposedly sent for repair but returned in the same condition after nearly four weeks. Since then, I've been ignored for over seven months despite numerous attempts to follow up to get this resolved. I've made countless trips between the Tysons and Woodbridge locations with little resolution, and my ring remains flawed, which is unacceptable and unfair to me. Given the cost and emotional investment, I sincerely ask that this matter be escalated directly to the owner to ensure the ring is properly repaired to the standard originally promised. I went in today in search for a wedding band & had a very amazing, informative sales associate named Neda. However, my fiancé and I immediately were turned off by the conversation we witnessed with another sales associate and a guest. A woman in a pink suit was extremely condescending with a lady trying to purchase an item being extremely loud about how she shouldn't need to finance her purchase because it was $1,200, that she should have that in her debit card. Very aggressive approach & my fiancé and I became extremely uncomfortable & left. Very unfortunate to see how people are being treated. They kept mentioning how great the reviews are, and they do have extremely high ratings but not sure how with how our first visit went. Their google does not show their 1 star reviews, very shady. read more

First off, this place is a rip off. I was sold a VVS diamond at an amazing price. It was this amazing because they didn't have the certificate for it so I snatched it up only to come find out it was an SI diamond. The owner gave me $1500 to spend in store which won't buy you a toothpick! I was supposed to be sent an appraisal which never came. Don't get me wrong. The ring is absolutely gorgeous but their customer service SUCKS! Buyer beware if you ever need anything done. We have them another opportunity and I bought a pair of earrings also supposed to be VVS diamonds and a small diamond band. They gave us 2k off because we bought 2 things, I had 1500 off and still paid over 4K for both. How's that? Idk because again I never received an appraisal. You damn well better bet when I get my appraisal from another jeweler independent of this one, I will be filing suit if the diamonds aren't what they are supposed to be and don't meet what I paid for them! Stay away from Elite Jewelers at Tyson's corner. They're supposed to inspect and clean and buff your jewelry for you every 6 months too. Don't expect that to happen either. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

I am using my wife's yelp actually to write this review. My wife and I stopped in on a whim to look at a watch. I was met with such exceptional customer service from Rick Ramadan and Aida. They were so attentive to all of my questions and wants. When it turned out I wanted a Rolex they had at one of their other locations, Rick got on the phone and sent a runner immediately, within minutes, with the item. Although it was no inconvenience to me, Rick insisted on going way above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I've shopped at Tiffany's, LV, and other luxury boutiques and wasn't met with the same outstanding level of service. We'll be back to purchase more gifts for our loved ones here for sure. And if you're planning on purchasing a pre-loved Rolex, I've scouted the area and this was the best place I can recommend. read more
