Warning Discriminative & Deceptive Practices: if you patronize this place Do Not Deal with the Manager Seth or Salesman Jason. Very Unprofessional and very bad experience with both Salesman. l ordered a Rolex Sea Dweller from this place over a year ago. The watch finally came in Jason called to let me know. When he called I was out of town on business. When I got back in I went straight to the store with $7000 looking to finance the rest. Jason happen to be on mini vacation, so a sales women name begins with a M helped me and advised me to finance the rest through Synchrony. I filled out the application and the bank was unable to process the application at that time. I waited over a week to get a letter from Synchrony saying that they just needed to verify my identity they approved the loan. I called Liljenquist to confirm I had all the information needed from Synchrony Bank to come and pick up the watch. I give the person my information over the phone and they tell me that my watch is already sold. At this point I'm on total shock. I remember when I initially came in to pick up the watch I asked the sales lady can I put a $7000 deposit down for the watch until Synchrony Bank comes back with the approval and she asked the manager and he said I could not, she said but you don't have to worry your watch will not be sold. Because you've waited so long over a year to receive it we will call you anything changes. I asked to speak to a manager I spoke with Seth and he didn't have a care in the world very nonchalant about this issue trying to rush me off the phone talking about he has other customers to deal with. He even had the nerve to tell me you're going to have a heart attack what's the big deal telling me he will let me know when another watch comes in like I can trust his word after he sold my watch and gave the okay to sell my watch without even calling me as a client to let me know what his intent, atleast giving me the option to pay with my two credit cards or waiting for Synchrony his Finance Company.. He acted as if It didn't matter that I waited over a year to retrieve the watch that I ordered and someone else was just able to walk up in there and buy my watch with no wait. The man has No Courtesy No Kindness No Nothing. He made me feel as though my order and waiting meant nothing as if I was window shopping, I feel profiled as a African American I'm not afforded the right of courtesy and common communication while waiting on the store preferred bank to finance the rest of the purchase... Bad Business On Every Level and needs to be rectified... I would never recommend anyone to this place. I thought this place was reputable turns out it's a circus act...A Total Waist of Time! Don't Trust Anything They Tell You Because None of them are on the same page. read more

Been on the waiting list for a a steel submariner date over two years. I stop by the Tyson's II store in person every few months to speak with Jonathan or Erin and they say all the right things, but no proactive communication - not even an automated text/email that says, "we still have you on the list and are working hard to get your watch." They'll say things like, "let me talk to the manager," "you've been patient," "we should have it for you by the end of the year," etc. but nothing has materialized. At this point, I have to believe they prioritize requests from customers, who spend a lot of money with them. If you want a Rolex, you may be better off dealing with a larger AD, even if it is out of state. An AD with several locations across the south got one for my uncle last year in 8 months. read more

3/21/21 Rolex Watches sold here, but only Tagheur got my attention. I like the look of the simple watches with the numbers and date. The Tagheur watch is nice, but I have gotten to use to pressing a button in the dark and seeing what time it is. Something I hand a problem with when I first started wearing watches...oh, and a lot of watch I had then were not water resistant. Nevertheless, I did not get the watch, because I like my Baltimore Ravens digital watch. I also love the twenty four hour mode. Aaron was helpful with showing me the watch I liked. She also said most of the spokespeople for their watches are dead. Some by the profession they choose...like race car driving for example. I will keep this place in mind. read more

Having no relationship yet with an AD yet in the area, I registered and expressed my interest in buying an OP. About a year later, having not heard anything back, I dropped by the other AD in the area, Lenkersdorfer, and registered there as well. Within minutes, I received a text from L&B insinuating I was *their* customer. That was about a year ago, and crickets since. I have no issue with ADs being territorial, but if they stake a claim, they should deliver. It was ultimately simpler to purchase an OP from an AD while overseas than deal with the type of artificial scarcity propagated in the US market. read more

This L&B is my local destination for watches, and the one I recommend to folks that are looking for watches and who find value in forging a relationship with your local dealer. I haven't found another store that is more consistently staffed by folks who know and love watches, and that extends beyond what they sell in store. Sadly these days I actually try to limit my dropping in because I know it will lead to some lengthy discussion about the latest watch, some new article on Hodinkee, something being discussed on watch forums, or the direction of the watch industry. It's always a thrill when I do though, and once they get to know you a little, they can start pushing your boundaries and proposing things you may not have considered. Adam is fantastic, but he only works on the weekends. He and Marc (one of the managers) have not only been great on the academic side of watch collecting, but helped me grow my collection with meaningful pieces. Also of note, they can handle your servicing as they have done for me several times. Just drop off your watch, and they will handle the packing, insurance, and mailing. They then let you know what service options you have, and will contact you again once it's ready for pickup. Couldn't be easier. read more
