It took me less than 10 minutes to return my old internet equipment to Frontier Internet via the UPS Store. There was only one customer ahead of me. The young, tall, and handsome man helped me. He began by scanning the QR code on my phone and took the Internet equipment. At the end of the transaction, he printed two sheets of paper and handed them to me, with one great advice, "Please keep them for your records in case they (Frontier Internet) claim you never sent the equipment back." I was like really?? The receipts contain the shipping information and tracking number. This was on March 18th. Luckily I did keep the receipts in a safe place, because on May 4th Frontier billed me $110.50 for the unreturned Internet equipment. I contacted them via online chat to dispute the bill. Frontier representative asked me for the shipping date and tracking number, which I quickly gave to her. After 10-15 minutes, she finally said that the charges will be reversed. Thanks to this young man at the UPS Store for making this transaction headache-free!! Even though he wasn't very talkative, he did show me that he does care about the customers. In the future when I ever need the UPS service again, I will definitely return to this location. read more

Located right across from the West Covina Mall or Plaza West Covina it is sandwiched between frozen yogurt and bundt cakes. You can drop off packages and pick up a snack or two. Self scanner is new and a nice touch when there's a long line. They also have instructions outside the store. Instant passport photos for $17 after tax. I was immediately greeted by Noor as I walked into the store. Noor did an amazing job with our 7 months baby's passport picture. He was able to capture our baby's picture with just one shot. The passport photos came out to be $17 after tax for 2 pictures and we were in and out within 5 minutes. He also showed excellent multitasking skills as he was training a coworker while helping other customers while we were waiting for our photos to print. I frequent this UPS store often and every time I go, I always get good service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I happened to bring a computer monitor that was completely unwrapped and I was planning on getting all the materials to do so at the store. They offer a service where they do this for you and it was worth paying since the materials was almost as much as the service. I am absolutely infuriated with this location and with employee "Preet" I was over charged for my Live Scan and it wasn't complete I needed both FBI and DOJ and was overcharged by $30 customer service phone number does not help so i went into the location and they said there is nothing they can do because the live scan was already completed. If that is true why was i charged an extra $30 for miscellaneous when the fingerprint scan is $32 not $62?!? I went to the baldwin park location on big dalton and they charged me correctly and made sure i was doing both DOJ and FBI live scan. Preet overcharged me and will not help me. On December 18, 2023, I brought 2 boxes to this UPS Store to send to Ohio. Since I procrastinated and didn't prepare the packages earlier, I had to settle and pay $127 plus to get it there on December 26th. I've sent packages to my family thru this store before but I never thought that they would "lose" my Christmas boxes. When I tracked the shipment status the day after, the system showed that it never even left California! This place is honestly a hit or miss. It seems to have ok service if you're here just to drop off or pick up packages. The other services are exceptionally longer especially with the holiday season. The manager there was great. But I think they might need another hand or more training for employees? They handled the live scan and the notary service. Horrible! I waited 34 minutes today to do an Amazon return because now you have to do the self service returns and most everyone didn't know how to use it. The lady at the counter said they need everyone to learn how to use it. Mind you there's only ONE machine and there's older people that do not understand how to use it. The counter was empty with no costumers and they didn't want to process Amazon returns because again they want people to learn but one person can hold up the line. I came here earlier today to send out a package. There are two ladies working here. The first time I visited, it wasn't too bad, although they always seemed busy and lacked a warm personality or good customer service. However, when I returned today and politely asked if they could tape the bag for me right away, one of the girls told me to hold on and said she would do it later because they had other packages to prepare. The customer service at this UPS is the worst I've ever experienced. Every time I come to this location the service is poor - primarily due to the employee whose name is Angel. He has a terrible attitude, unhelpful and scoffs at you when you ask a question. He clearly does not want to be there, yet every time I go to this store he's ALWAYS there (over 5 times now).
