I had little to no pain and did not take any prescribed pain medication during my recovery. Dr. Maia's team checked on me daily to ensure I was recovering well. The communications were via text message and an app where I could upload photos for real-time responses. This was so convenient for me during recovery, and I never felt bound to standard doctor's office hours; they were always available. This time with zero misspelling or incorrect words. The response was "You have to schedule your Groupon at bodysculptva.com. If you are unable to do this, then please contact Groupon for a refund. Thank you" I replied "When scheduling online it requires additional fees to schedule and the Groupon also states to call to schedule an appointment so I'm confused as to why I am unable to schedule over the phone" zero response. This place has the terrible customer care. They clearly do not want the business and if they don't want to deal with Groupons, don't sign up for them.
