The location is completely inhospitable, no waiting area, no nearby amenities, and you're basically forced to rideshare back and forth. In my case, that alone cost a ridiculous amount. Not their fault, but it is part of the customer experience. I paid about $1,000 to tint a coupe, which feels excessive when similar work in the city runs closer to $600-$700. At least in the city, you can pick up your car in daylight, actually see the work, and have someone walk you to your car turn the lights on and/or answer questions. Here, the lot is dark, hard to navigate, and just not convenient. My car was parked outside in the dark parking lot which is already black on black and they have a well lit interior garage. I picked the car up the rep didn't walk with me around the car...nothing. The quality of the work was good and the staff was fine, no issues there, but between the pricing and the location, I wouldn't go back. I'm sure there are comparable shops in the city that deliver the same quality without the hassle.

When I asked and said I may need to leave but I couldn't because I was blocked in (really couldn't go anywhere). Even though I was told I was next and was next in line, they began washing cars parked next to me! I was so frustrated but because I waited over an hour, I didn't want to leave without getting my car cleaned. Terrible communication but they really do a fantastic job on the car.
