$1,800 in damage. No responsibility. To all out there -- I don't post on these things. This was an exceptionally poor experience. I do not trust the Fuller's name any longer. Here's my timeline and experience + pictures. Make your own decision. 3/17/26: I went through the Fuller's wash at 5550 S. Brainard. When I came out, my front right fender had been deeply scratched through clear coat and paint, and my gas cap door had been ripped off. I found the damage later that evening after finishing dinner. That same evening I was able to retrieve my gas cap plate after they closed, finding a worker on his way home. (no management to speak to). 3/18-20: out of town on business 3/20/26: on my return home I called management of the Fuller's to report what had happened, and cancel my membership. The owner had no comments on next steps, no remorse and made it seem like it was my fault this happened. 3/21/26: I went to local dealership and body shop to have damaged assessed (which I'm still working through), and now totaling over $1,800. Not including rental car needs, time or headache. That afternoon (3/21) I wrote and submitted an online notification to Fuller's corporate website, sharing the same information as here. I haven't heard anything back. In closing: I suspect there is some clause we sign as customers of Fuller's that limits their responsibility of damages. In my opinion, this is above and beyond. We're not exactly talking paint swirls. I would have expected more from what I initially thought was a good name. This has been my experience. Make your own decisions. read more

Fullers has always been our go to car wash! They have a membership and members line! They offer hand towel drying as well as free vacuum stations. They have towels and cleaners to do self detailing at the vacuum stations. They just updated the whole facility and we love it. read more

NOBODY except the manager speaks English! I just had my cat painted I asked b4 driving thru if they used brushes because my car was painted 30 days ago. I was told all water, no brushes. When I got through the line and saw brushes, they wouldn't let me back up! The "manager" immediately tried to gaslight me and denied everything. I joined the unlimited wash for 19.95 a month, a few months later it's now 24.95 a month, with no extra service, so I called and spoke to the manager, I said a five dollar increase with no additional service, I said how about doing the wheels or the tires , because they must think that's not part of the car, she said no because that's included with the next package, talk about greedy. Ran my car through the car wash with the roof open and literally told me that water got in the car because I left the roof open. Not to mention, the prices are more expensive than hand car washes. Service is poor at best. Car was still wet. Basically, they tried to dry the exterior of the car because I only paid for the exterior wash. But they did a really poor job of that. I can see spots and water marks on the glass from missed spots or simply not using glass cleaner. I will never go back to any of them. I'll just pay less and goto a hand car wash. read more

I came to Fuller's in Countryside to get the layers of salt washed off my car and I do not at all appreciate the guy's stinky attitude who dried my car down at the end! 40 seconds of wiping the car dry and I had to ask him to wipe the car door jams dry (it's 18 degrees F outside and I trying to prevent frozen doors.) brought my Mothers car in at 8 am this morning to have the inside of her car detailed, shampooed etc. she is 83, her birthday is coming up and I thought it would be a nice surprise. Got a call around 11:30 am that it was ready. it was not! still had crumbs on the seats, back floor not vacuumed and looked like they spritzed it and wiped with a cloth. the visors and across the top were not even wiped. top glass not done, missed the whole inside of one door.....etc. I was Told to leave and come back in another hour. I came back and while it did finally get shampooed and was full of water where the seat legs met the floor, the rest was not done. very disappointed! it wasn't cheap either. would not go back! Price gouging- We spent $90 at the Fullers Lube center and received a free exterior wash. I went to Fullers car wash and requested the inside to be cleaned also. I noticed there was a $3 oversized vehicle charge on my ticket. It's a RAV4, not an Escalade. The cashier tells me it's $33. I then asked what the price would be if I didn't have the discount and was told $42. Not happy about it but whatever. The young man finished and called me over. I immediately noticed the doors hadn't been wiped down at all. When I called him back over he told me they don't wipe down doors, that's part of the detailing price. The manager told me the same and wouldn't budge. We argued longer than it would have taken to wipe the doors down. You go ahead and stand your ground Fullers, but I won't be back for washes or oil changes after this experience. There's at least 12 oil changes on record and you've burned a long time customer. Actually, not bad and a little better than Delta sonic. The express wax machine is a bit of a joke in the sense that it's applied by a machine and it's a liquid not a paste. Overall, I would give it between three and four stars it's a little expensive and wasn't crazy about the express wax machine, but thought it was better than a Delta Sonic as far as fit and finish. read more

Had my first hand car wash here, and my last. We chose a hand wash because we were planning to show off our new two-week-old car at a party. From a distance, the car looked great, of course. But up close, there was lint from their towels all over the car and windows. Also some water spots that didn't get cleaned up. And part of their towel got caught in between the rear window (which doesn't open) and the body, had a hard time working it out. I paid $69 total for a full service car wash ($39 for full service wash, $20 for the mats and $10 tip.). The service was absolutely terrible. I expected a great service for this price. Exterior was not completely cleaned, dash board and center console was not cleaned, windows were not completely cleaned, door handle wells were filthy. I contacted the manager but did not receive any reply - I guess Fuller's does not care about losing business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - King Car Wash - they do excellent work and don't have a separate charge for cleaning mats. You will get better cleaning and save money, I am very disappointed with the service and lack of customer service when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Don't waste your money here. read more

It is the worst carwash I have ever been too. One of the employees broke a plastic part that is covering a chair rail in my Porsche. It happens in a front of other customers that saw how that happened. I ask the employee to call his manager. Two of them came. They were very rude and not cooperative. I did not ask them for a check or any cash. I asked them to fix the problem at official dealer. They were trying to protect their employee who did the damage. They denied to cover cost of the broken part. They denied to watch the cameras to see how that happened and foreboded me to go inside the carwash to see the business license. The technology applied in the cone shaped sponges that gently scrub your car without depositing a prior car's first is simply state of the art. I'd run a Rolls Royce through this carwash if I owned one and I know this because I've seen them go through!
