My new nail spa!!! The manicures and pedicures are beyond beautiful. The staff is amazing and talented. I LOVE this place and it will quickly become your new nail spa when you fall in love with the quality and beauty of the work done!

Went into Elite nails with a simple design. As the appointment went on the woman doing my nails completely disregarded me when I asked her to fix up the shape or the hearts. And the Polish was all over my fingers and the beading was uneven thick and didn't match my skin tone

I asked for french tip after coming from another nail salon already disappointed and I asked for a BLACK French tip but when I walked outside my toes nails looked like a purple ish blue and when I went back in to tell her she kept telling me it was black after I showed her a picture from outside and they were laughing and she did my toes really sloppy I will never be retuning here again !

Thank you Tina for my spooky nails today!! I came in just asking for a black shellac, and then found a cute picture online. Tina definitely delivered. I do come here quite often, but I've never asked for a design. Very happy with my nails.

Kim Ou always does a wonderful job on my nails and waxing. Now I'm all ready for the Halloween wedding I'll be attending next week

I'm always impressed with the meticulously detailed work from Kim Ou! Thank you for giving me the Halloween nails I was screaming for!!

I stared at this throughout my appt. (Only 20 mins- Thank goodness.) the register was located on the wall behind B. Gross!!

Will not be returning to this salon. I made an appt and then waited for 30 minutes. the nail tech B spent 20 minutes total on my manicure with shellac polish. He put a pea size amount of lotion on each hand and spent about one minute for each hand. The polish or the way he did my nails did not cover well. Please check out the picture of the register I took. All the registers were this nasty.

Damage after shellac was drilled and scraped off of my natural nails. All brittle and split.

I came back a year after a first very unfavorable experience for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I walked in and wasn't greeted by anyone, despite there being a bell on the door in which I said "HI" to be acknowledged and I was then asked what I needed done. I was told to pick out a color and was then directed to a pedicure chair. My tech was pleasant. She clipped my toe nail without asking (I was too busy relaxing on my phone to stop her) in which I then told her I didn't want them clipped. Other than that, she did a great job with my pedicure, she thoroughly massaged my legs and my paint was neatly done. Now my nails are the reason why they're only getting 3 stars. I had previously had my shellac manicure done at Bliss Nail Bar which is where I usually go but I moved from Grandville & was in the area to see a movie at Celebration. Anyway, I believe the owner (sits at the very front chair by the register) was the one that came to apply the acetone and foil wraps to remove the shellac while I was getting my pedicure done. After about 15 mins, she came over to begin scrapping the paint off. When she realized it wasn't moving, she became frustrated then came back with a drill to get the layers off and reapply the acetone and foil. By this time, I'm nearly finished with my pedicure so as soon as the other tech is done, I hobble over to the front chair for her to proceed to scrape and drill on my nails which caused a lot of damage and she did not care one bit. This irritated me because the last service I had at Bliss Nail Bar, I had my acrylics removed and Sean was able to do that without damaging my already fragile nails. I really want to get them back long and strong (they grow as long and strong as acrylics) and she set me back a lot because I'm sure when I have to get them re-done, they'll have to be cut down. My polish turned out fine but that wasn't my main concern coming in there. I ended up feeling rushed instead of completely relaxed and my nails ended up being cute but not healthy. I would advise that nails techs focus on the needs of their clients by asking because nobody cared to ask me before they began doing things. UPDATE: I got my nails done Thursday. It's now Monday and my nails look like this, especially with it being shellac. I haven't washed a single dish or done any dirty work so I'm not understanding why they look like this. I went back to the salon to give them a chance to fix them. I asked for a different brand of nail polish but two of the workers, the one that did my nails the first time and the other that sits to her left wanted to argue with me about hair dye and being careful with touching my hair which hasn't been dyed. On top of that, I had had a yellow OPI color two weeks before that, no changes with my hair or daily activity and my nails weren't turning colors. They then only offered to fix two nails versus the brand change I had asked for and they were talking about be in front of my face in the foreign language that they speak in which I told them I'm not going back and forth about it - they could either fix them or I'd dispute it with my card company. They tried to tell me to remember what they said for the next time I came back and I told them I didn't have to remember anything because my hair hadn't been dyed and even if it had, that wasn't the cause of my issue - they were acting like I was lying so I told them nevermind, I don't want them touching my nails again and I wouldn't be coming back.

Finished product that was too painful for this subpar result.

I got gel powder and tips at Elite Nails and had the worst experience. The woman that was doing my nails wasn't paying attention to my nails when she was doing them. I originally asked for a double French and she said she could do it, but it ended up looking terrible so she started all over. After that --and what was my first hour their-- I decided to just do a simple color. The shape of my nails is terrible. Not clean at all and she filed them so roughly that I started bleeding on one finger and 2 others became extremely tender. I even winced when in the chair and she just giggled. It ended up being a 2 hour experience because she had to redo them. And on top of that I thought I would have to pay for her mistake and because I bled but i ended up being charged for the second round as well. Overall, I have not clue if I asked for something too complicated but after that pain and terrible customer service I will not be returning.

    Very clean and relaxing atmosphere!

This business has been opened for about a year now and it is Fantastic! I'm a big fan of the Shilaq manicure and I cannot find another salon that can do it as properly and beautifully as they do! For pedicures I go to either Stacey or Linh because they like to take their time and they do a really good job. For the Shilaq also I go to Linh because he takes his time and it lasts really long or Stacey because she makes me feel like Im the VIP at the salon. I am a nail biter and since they did my nails they have grown long and strong. My shilaq nails lasts about 3 and a half weeks which is mind boggling to me! and the thing is they can all speak ENGLISH! Everything is neat and sterile and it is a hidden gem in the Celebration Cinema circle. The other nail salons in there do not compare! They are right next to the Subway and Qdoba restraunt so I always get food after :)

Our pedicure was $168 before tip. $20 of this price was unknown as to where it came from as the pedicure should've been $59 each plus $15 each for gel.. Given the price we had high expectations as where we normally go for our pedi is priced similar but with a completely different spa like experience. Let me start by saying that the menu we were handed was covered in some sort of goop and I was shocked that they wouldn't clean it off or offer a towel for our hands. We picked the third highest pedicure on their list that supposedly had offerings that the entry level pedicures didn't. But, since the lady next to me picked the cheapest pedicure I found out we got the exact same pedicure for different prices? They used the same oils and lotions out of bottles that look like they would hold ketchup at a BBQ restaurant with no label so who knows what it actually was. Normally, when you choose different pedis a nice salon will have different scents to choose from or a bath bomb or scented salt soak for your feet or specially scented oils but nope. Just unscented what seems to look like vegetable oil. Additionally, we weren't offered a drink. We weren't told where the massage remote was for our chairs causing us to go half of our pedicure without one, we were given extremely rushed leg massages with a max time of 5 minutes and at the end, the girl who gave my pedicure just walked away and never came back. I sat there wondering should I put on my shoes and go pay or if she would return? To add to this as if it isn't bad enough, we also didn't get the reflexology that is mentioned on their menu. The menu is filled with fluff that isn't clear on what you will receive. If you do decide to go here, which I advise against, just get the cheapest and prepare for disappointment.

We showed up at our appointment time and waited about 10 minutes until the three pedicures were taken to their chairs. At this time, one of the people in our group had water added to their pedicure foot bath, but not started, and the other two sat patiently waiting without being addressed for longer. About 45 minutes past our appointment time, I was taken to sit alone for my manicure while the other person in my party needing a manicure had to wait until a spot opened up... an additional 20 minutes.. we would have appreciated honesty and the ability to go somewhere else instead of wasting hours of our afternoon. In addition to the salon respecting my time, I also expect that the salon practice sanitation which unfortunately they did not. I expect that a salon use a clean nail file and buffer for each customer. If the salon has not been taught sanitary precautions, and specifically how nail files are porous and cannot be cleaned then that is concerning. Not being able to clean a nail file means they can pass along bacteria, fungus and blood-borne pathogens from one person to the next. I noticed that each nail tech near me had used nail files and witnessed them being reused on different people and added back to the pile. I asked for a new file for my nails and the tech acted surprised. She pulled out a box from the bottom of her cart and grabbed one. Then she grabbed the very used buffer to buff up the sides of the new file?? I also had to ask for a new nail file for the other person in our party as they also attempted to reuse one on them. Guys, nail files are cheap. This is 2026. I know you are busy but safety should come first. I experienced an attitude when I asked her to grab a new file for the person who's nails she was filing and she opened up what appeared to be a pedicure package because she had no new manicure ones on her cart. In addition, she snapped at me that the files on her manicure cart are new when they were very clearly scuffed up and I saw what a new file looks like that my tech grabbed.. they have a white chalky look until it's buffed off. Not sure what is going on in this salon but I was extremely nice and literally asked for a new file and was treated poorly due to this. Now about my manicure. It was fine other than my cuticles were not cleaned up,so I fixed them when I got home and I had to pick off the glue on every single finger that was left an absolute mess but after that, it looks presentable. The other manicure we had took 6 minutes in total because they did not get polish and basically did nothing. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
