This was my favorite Anthony Vince location. I took my daughters (10yo,15yo) to get a mani and pedi for the first time on 2/7/26. We came at around 4pm and were seen after a short wait. After paying I noticed that one of the nail techs cut my youngest daughter's cuticle too far back and it caused her finger to bleed. When I attempted to have a conversation with the manager about it, he rudely apologized and was very dismissive. I got my kids in the car and attempted to have the conversation again. I told him I appreciated the apology, but didn't understand why I wasn't told about the injury before we left. He asked " What do you want?" I think maybe he thought I wanted a refund, but my main issue was that my daughter's finger was injured and I only found out because I asked my daughter about her nails. I never wanted a refund, just acknowledgement that the way this was handled was not okay. Even when I expressed this he said " okay, have a good night." A few of the ladies also apologized on my way out. Ultimately, it should not have been left up to my kid to tell me about the injury. At the very least they could've told me about it so I could keep an eye out in case it gets infected. I figured this would be something I could share with my daughters but we won't be returning. Butterfly nails weren't exactly what I was going for...but that's what I ended up getting... I really wanted a fill and a flower design on my toenails but ended up with nothing I wanted! However, my son's girlfriend got the cutest nails. The nail salon itself is clean and seems well ran. But unfortunately I think there's a language barrier issue. I had initially requested a flower design on my big toe nails, which they said they could do. But I'm thinking miscommunication occurred on their part when I said I only wanted the toenails with designs to be done in gel (I just don't like having gel if I really don't have to). Anyway, long story short, they ended up not doing the design. Then when I asked for glitter on each of my second toenails, the nail tech apparently wasn't listening because all toenails got painted the same color pink. I went in today and got a full set of stiletto nails with gel.. We paid $55, which was kinda pricey. We were greeted right away and seated immediately. I like the amount of color options they have. Some other places only have a small selection of gel colors. So this was great! The nail tech took her time which i appreciated. She was friendly and attentive to my needs. The decor is clean and modern. I really like the waterfall they have on the wall. The bathroom was also clean and smelled good. There were lots of seats which was nice. I'd definitely return. Way over priced for the extreme lack of quality. It Took 2.5 hrs to do a set of simple stiletto black French tips! I've gotten full sets of full detailed artwork nails in less time! Not to mention they were lumpy & whatever primer they used stung my nails (which has never happened to me before!) They need someone who speaks clear English to at least translate because sitting there listening to the other lady next to me try time and time again to explain the simple nails she wanted was very annoying. I can imagine it was even more frustrating to her. They all seemed rude as could be like they were all in on a joke that the customers didn't get. The girl who was working on the lady next to me answered the phone & said "oh the owner is not here, he is somewhere on a beach sipping drinks and relaxing. Goodbye" and hung up laughing and making fun of the person who had obviously called with a complaint. "Oh she wanted to talk to the owner hahaha, she will call back and then come in tomorrow and I will tell her the same thing" and laughed about it. I don't make trips to the nail salon often, although I have been countless times over the years. I've never been this happy from a visit! I came in as a walk-in and it was busy! I didn't think I would be seen but within minutes, Lily greeted me and I asked about pricing for a spa pedicure and gel French manicure. We had a bit of a language barrier, that was a bit more difficult than expected but we made it through. Lilly was friendly, funny and personable. One reason I don't like going to the nail salon is because I can't sit still for too long, lol. Surprisingly, Lily did both my mani and pedi in about an hour and a half. She was fast, but not careless. I get nervous that I might get nipped with the cuticle clipper (it's happened more than once and that shit hurts!) but she was a pro and made me feel very relaxed, especially with the leg and hand massage. I left very satisfied and because of Lily, I wouldn't mind getting my nails done more often! Anthony Vince has probably the nicest and cleanest salon in the area, which is a huge plus. read more

I have been here 4 or 5 times. The time when Gina did my regular pedicure and then another time when the lady that wears glasses did my pedi was good. When i got a gel pedicure with a young lady the gel came off after a few days from my tips and then today i got an uneaven mani-pedi. I have mentioned this to the owner/manager? today that i don't like my nails and that i don't want to stay longer to fix it. I also got a text message with a 15% off today and forgot to mention it when i paid but i ve asked if i can just apply it next time when i will come to make it up for the bad experience today. So he then grabed a few dollars and slamed them on the counter and told me "thank you" with an attitude and left right away. Also i don't understand what is the point of choosing at check in who you want to do your nails if then a random person comes to you. Bad experience after bad experience at this salon. They can be clean all they want, but the manager is very very rude. I will report this case and his unprofessional demeanor to whoever it may concern. A lady was doing my nails and, as a customer, I have the right to request attention and the nails to look the same, snd not one longer than the other. When I told her one nail was still longer, the rude manager stepped in s as bf said: do you want a meter to measure it? Today the cherry on top. I used a 20% off discount I had available, and the last ran my receipt for a higher amount. When I asked her to fix it, the rude manager grabbed the difference in pennies and filled both of my hands with them, saying they cannot change the receipt. Yes they can because they did it before. I am done with them, I will take my business somewhere with polite people. And I will report them. read more

I've been here a few times with mediocre results. This last time will be my very last. A friend and I arrived shortly after the salon opened on a Saturday morning. Unbeknownst to us this is one of the busiest times of the week. After a few minutes we were told to sit at the nail stations. We sat for a few minutes just chatting. The nail techs then came over to soak off our previous dip powder jobs. We then soaked for over 40 minutes waiting for someone to come back. I've never sat with acetone on my skin for that long. When we asked how much longer we were told we needed to soak even longer. During this time no one even came to check on the progress. Several minutes later the tech came to start my nails. She was rough and didn't completely remove the residue. When I mentioned there still being product on my nails she said it was because I didn't let them soak long enough. Okay girl. She proceeded to do the best she could. I guess. Less than one week later I had three cracked nails. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Made a reservation for 6:30. Got there early and still was waiting after 6:30. The salon was busy but I thought a reservation would take precedent but it did not. The technician that did my pedicure didn't seem to want to do it and it felt a bit rushed. He didn't get the dead skin off my feet which is the main reason why I got the $45 pedicure. He used on one rough stone and that was it, no grater like I saw every other nail technician use but not mine! I called the next morning to ask if it's normal to have so much dead skin on my feet still and was told I could go back in and have the same, not so good, technician try to do better. Why would I want to go back to someone who didn't do very good the first time? I wouldn't recommend this salon. I don't think I'll be going back. read more

I asked for availability through Yelp and received a response within 30min. The establishment is quite pretty. There were 9 techs working around 630pm. I signed in. Sat. Flipped through colors. Was seated with a tech in 15min. She was precise and particular about the neatness which I appreciated. As it was nearing closing time the other technicians began cleaning the pedicure tubs and filling each station with sponges, toe separators, files, etc. They had on gloves while they did this which made me feel they take hygiene seriously. PINK + WHITE OMBRE FULL SET (coffin shape) I came around 4:30ish on Valentine's Day and I already had dip powder on my nails. Parking was pretty full in the shopping center at the time. I was seated right away and they soaked them off. The first nail tech removing the dip powder was really friendly and held a small conversation with me. The second nail tech (I think her name was Phoebe? Not sure.) did my full set. The shape was perfect and it wasn't too thick. She was very thorough and definitely knew what she was doing. For once the electric nail drill didn't hurt me! I've gotten a pink and white ombre a couple of times before from other places and this is my favorite one. They have a couple of options for the ombre full sets too unlike the VB location. When I got the pink and white ombré at the VB location they gave like a pale nude (not really pink) and white ombré. As I picked the ombré I wanted at this location, I chose a bright pink but the first lady said it is too bright or too pink and suggested two lighter colors and I picked one and I love it so much! read more

She got waxed all over my hair bc she could not be bothered to take her time and make sure she scooped all the wax on the stick. This is in the top 3 worst mani/pedis I've ever had. I called to make an appointment for 3PM and they said they didn't have anything until 5PM. I mention I have an event at 7PM and would it be enough time to do a gel mani/pedi and they said "no problem." I arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time and just stood there at the front as it was my first time and no one greeted me. Finally a man walks up and says "what are you here for" and I said "mani/pedi with gel and I had an appointment." He kinda brushes me off with a "check in" and points to an iPad. 15 minutes later they take me to sit at a chair. Two women come in after me and our sat next to me immediately. There seems to be a lot of confusion as to who will get started and others are served before me even if they came in after with no appointment. 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, a girl finally starts doing my toes. I mention to her that I made an appointment because I have something scheduled at 7PM and did she think we would be done before then. She said it wouldn't be a problem. My feet were still pretty rough after she was done at it was like 6:30 at this point. I asked is she sure that she can finish my nails in time because if not, I would just have her remove the polish and go. She said it wasn't a problem. She did a terrible job. I go to pay and they don't have a tip on the card but say I could use an ATM, like I had time for that. They should have said in the beginning it was cash tips only. So I had to use an ATM because even with absolutely terrible service, I can't not tip. I was late for my event and my nails and toes looked awful. It was a waste of $100. The nails themselves have lasted less than a week. The polish wasn't applied evenly and was very dull. It started lifting off the next day. My nails themselves were not even the same length. My toes the same way. I called the shop and asked for a manager and instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, he made excuses like "we're not a machine. You were served quickly." Well maybe if my appointment hadn't started almost an hour late, I would have had good service and my mani/pedi would have been worth it. read more
