I would like to give 4.5 stars, We've been troubled by mice and cockroaches after Covid , and none of the various treatments we bought have been effective. Overall, it's a good company, but you need to be patient. We waited three to four months before seeing results. A little pricey than other companies. read more

Our building in the North End of Boston had a rodent problem on the outside and wanted to tackle the problem before the rodents made it inside. Elite responded to my inquiry and set up an inspection of the perimeter of the building right away. If I could rate this company 10 stars, I would! Elite Pest Solutions is not only my favorite pest control company, it is one of my favorite companies in general. I am an investment owner of multi-families in the city. With older buildings and on-going construction in the streets, I have had my run-in with rodents. Not only was the situation cleared up as quickly as possible, but the process was cathartic. My tenants were anxious about mice, and Vanessa, the owner, spent 45 minutes speaking to my tenants directly about the psychology of rodents and how living situations can attract rodents through attracting food or nesting material. I was so grateful she spent her time with my tenants (two young sisters) to educate both tenants and myself on how to prevent rodents. I would also add, having tenants that are younger professional women (who I think tend to be more anxious about pests than other demographics), having a woman, like Vanessa, demonstrating her empathy by relating and sympathizing with my tenants was the magic touch. I later found out Vanessa was a high school cheerleading coach for 10 years. It makes sense since she easily relates to both women and men. I would also add, Mark, the exterminator that visited my property is truly passionate about his job. Just ask him about his Preying Mantis and Widow Spider (with of course a Boston B on the spider's abdomen) tattoos. Mark is the man for the job and is EXCELLENT. Elite's customer service is second to none! I needed to hire a pest control company to do preventative maintenance on a large new construction luxury apartment building that I manage. I shopped around with a few places and ultimately chose Elite due to the affordable price and the pest control plan they felt would suit us best. After an on site evaluation with both the owner and the technician, the owner made up a treatment plan which was very thorough and left me with no questions. The technician came out today for the first treatment and was very professional and answered every question from myself and my team. One thing I was thrilled about is they offered a bait station that was disguised as a rock instead of the bulky black box that tends to be an eyesore. In a luxury building, you want to know your building is safe of pests, without exactly seeing signs that the building is being treated.
