They groomed two of my dogs and one of them got his tongue cut and when I picked them up .. they…read moretried to tell me that it was a loose tooth and that's why he was bleeding he'd be ok ... after leaving and further investigation I noticed his tongue was cut . Went back and instead of saying I will handle my employee and talk to her she refunded the grooming fee... and I left . Went back the next day and again showed pictures and still had nothing to say except to the guy in the front cashier asking did u hear him cry or see blood? Like R U For real ? Instead of letting me know upfront that this happened and saying it was an accident and all I would have felt much better .. Instead got one lie after another and the owner n her groomer should retire !
