Zach, the manager, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful when scheduling our appointment. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident that Gracie would be in great hands. When we arrived, Myrna, the owner, took so much time getting to know Gracie Mae, asking about her personality, grooming history, any allergies, medical information, and exactly how we wanted her groomed. She also explained all of the wonderful services they offer and made thoughtful recommendations. You can immediately tell how much she truly loves and cares about every dog that comes through her door. Gracie Mae came out absolutely gorgeous! Her haircut is perfect, she smells amazing, and she looked so happy and comfortable when we picked her up. We couldn't stop smiling! They even put the sweetest little pink bow in her hair and a matching pink bandana around her neck, which was such a thoughtful finishing touch. Their prices are very reasonable, and they also have the cutest dresses, accessories, toys, and other goodies for your fur babies. The salon is beautiful, clean, and so welcoming. We have been searching for the right groomer since our longtime groomer left, and we are so incredibly happy to have found Ooh La La Posh Pets right here in our hometown. Andrea and her husband are such a great team and they really love dogs. Our dog Maggie is 14 and used to come home traumatized and would hide for 2 days and now she comes home with her tail wagging and happy. They do an excellent job and couldn't be nicer people.
