Unfortunately, my quest did not go according to plan. I tried three separate groomers. All of them were unacceptable. Two of them cut my dogs hair way shorter than I asked, and the third one basically didn't cut anything. Based on that, I started driving 30 miles to my prior groomer just to get an acceptable haircut. After about a year of doing that the groomer I had used for years retired. Now I had to find a new groomer. Based on some of the reviews I read, I decided to visit Puppy Kuts. I went in, without my dog with me and discussed with them what I needed done. I showed them pictures; both good and bad. After discussing the kind of look, I was going for with my dog. I felt confident enough to book an appointment. That was approximately a year ago. Since that time I have been using them exclusively. They listened to my request and have always been able to properly groom Bailey. I'm definitely pleased with the results.
