I read the reviews and we confirmed an appointment for that day. During his time at my grandparents home in Brooklyn, he was able to discover something was deeply clogged into the drainage. He was very comforting and caring to my grandmother (I wasn't at the appointment as I live in Manhattan) and fixed the issue. He went to the Home Depot and bought their standard flat gasket and he said "many times you can use other gaskets." He charged me $150, for something any DIY can do. The leak is still an issue and I saw that his gasket from The Home Depot didn't even fit. I found a better fitting gasket, but it has not been good enough. I later told Mike about his work, but he didn't offer anything. I'm seeing now that I need a certain beveled gasket, thinner than the one sold at the Home Depot and am in the process of looking for it.
