Mike from Elite plumbing Services deserves 10 stars! I had an issue with a leak coming from my Refrigerator water-line. I called over 15 Plumbers early that day and no one was available until the following week or they were closed because of the storm. Absolutely great service! We had a leak coming from the second floor through the ceiling and could not find a plumber to come out over the weekend or even within a week. I called Elite and they answered the phone immediately. They also happened to be in the area and were at the house within 10 minutes! Two minutes after walking in the house Mike found exactly what was causing the leaky ceiling......something completely different than what we thought was going on. I called this company because we had a leak in our garage and we needed emergency plumbing repairs. Mike answered the phone on my first call and they came right over. After doing some diagnostics, they found the leak under the slab which requires jackhammering through the concrete to get to the leaking pipe. Mike went through our water pipe repair options with us and ultimately found a solution that saved us money. They were professional. They had all of the parts needed with them in the van. Very honest company. I called about a water backing up in my condo. They could have easily come out and charged me for their services and i would not have been the wiser ; they told me from what I was telling them they my association would be responsible. I then called my association and they sent a plumber out and I was not charged. Hard to find honest companies like this. I highly recommend. The kind of service that used to be the standard. Seems like that level of service is pretty much gone, except with Mike. It's more than that he fixed it. He made it easy for me. My schedule gets me off at 11PM. Who do you know that would meet you that late? Mike and his team, met with me when I needed him.
