It's a 47 year old mobile home. They do that. Donovan came out and gave me an estimate that I accepted. They demolished the whole back room and half the front porch. They completed everything in eight working days. Donovan and Lee showed me what they were doing as work progressed. They kept in touch and updated the work progression, photos, and billing on a secure web site. The work they did is great! They're cool, friendly guys, too! I will seek out their services in the future if needed. The photos show the room after taking it apart, and rebuilding it.

Then they installed a solid waterproof barrier, poured a new concrete floor, repaired drywall and it is good as new. That was last month. This week, Joe Martin send his plumbing pros, Ed Ahumada, Jon & Romero to figure out a complex boondoggle which has been wasting gallons of water before hot water emerges. They are working as I write but I have complete confidence based on past experience with MasterCraft that the work will be correctly performed. Not all companies bring such dedication and integrity but MasterCraft is committed to professionalism and everyone is pleasant, qualified and a joy to work with.

Front start to finish, Mike Gast and Juan Navarro worked with me to translate my vision into the bright open studio I have been dreaming of... As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. I can highly recommend Mastercraft and hope to use them in the near future for several other home improvement projects. (A special thanks to the team, Victor and Tony for their cleanliness and work ethic).

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this company. The owner came out to our…read morehome to look at our backyard and was very polite and professional during the visit. We were actually really excited to work with him and were looking forward to receiving his quote. He told us he would have the quote to us by Monday, but Monday came and we heard nothing. My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited a little longer before calling. There was no answer, so he left a message. Still nothing. I then tried reaching out through Instagram, thinking maybe there had been a misunderstanding or he had simply gotten busy, but again, no response. What is most disappointing is the lack of communication. If you're too busy to take on a project or decide it isn't a good fit, that's completely understandable--just communicate that. We were genuinely interested and ready to move forward. Being completely ignored after taking the time to meet with someone is frustrating and, unfortunately, left us with a very poor impression.

Their communication was consistent and timely--even after 12 months into this process, they continued to respond quickly and support me when I needed it. They handled my personal belongings with great care during the pack-out, treating everything with respect and professionalism. The mitigation work itself was done as thoroughly as possible, and even when there were delays or challenges with insurance approvals, they stayed proactive and worked around obstacles until everything could move forward. What impressed me the most was the mitigation report. It was extremely detailed, with clear photos and thorough documentation that showed everything was properly tracked and accounted for. Overall, Gallagher Restoration made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend them to anyone going through an unfortunate loss. 5 stars from me--and I would give more if I could.
