This allows the haulers to come prepared to do the job as hassle free as possible. Like they seriously know what they're doing. I was worried we "had too much stuff" or that this or that thing wouldn't fit out the door. And we had two different apartments we were asking them to pick up from. Turns out I had no reason to worry. It maybe took an hour for them to remove a table, chairs, bookshelf, two couches, and some other ungainly stuff I probably have forgotten by now. Made it look easy, even though I know it is not and appreciate the effort immensely. Super impressive, with reasonable prices for professional services. To start, it was incredibly easy to get in contact with them and to get a free estimate. They have a text line that I was able to send photos of our junk with, and they responded quickly and efficiently. From there it was a straight shot into scheduling. They arrived right at the start of the estimated time frame they gave me, and from entering our property, removing the junk, and lying for their services, the entire process was maybe like 10 minutes. I had called 6/18 for a quote to remove full mattress set. I was told $99, said I'm going get…read moreother quotes. I was asked for my email for them to send me coupons. Later that day I got a coupon for $33, called them back up scheduled the removal and asked so its $66 correct. I was told yes. When they showed up on 6/22, the young man shows me a laminated 8x10 with prices and then tells me its $178. Oh no that is not what I was quoted, the young man said he will call his mgr and see if they can do it for the $66, but said highly unlikely. The mgr did do it for the $66. The young man then asked if I did it through the call center,and yes I did. He proceeds to tell me the call center is in Canada and they should not be giving out quotes. Told him they need to figure it out, because I was quoted that price. So beware. I'm thankful it was honored for the price I was quoted.
