Elite Rooter exceeded my expectations after some initial miscommunication with their office staff regarding scheduling. After the technician, Henry, walked through my door, the situation became much less stressful. I had water pooling on my condo's bedroom carpet, and there was no way to shut off the water without also shutting off the water to three other units. I first had a plumber from another company come out, who didn't do much but said the walls were dry, it was probably a slab leak, and I needed a precision locator to come out to find it. All the other companies I called had a minimum wait of 4-5 days before someone could come out, but Elite Rooter had Henry come out first thing in the morning. Henry was able to quickly identify that the water was actually coming from pipes leaking in the walls, which were in fact wet, including from the unit above me. He even had a precision locator professional join him to ensure that there was not a leak underground. Henry and his co-worker, Erik, did a great job getting the pipes fixed, working with the unit above, and offering some optional services to prevent a similar issue with nearby pipes in the future, which I appreciated. They were able to offer discounts on what I needed and were incredibly friendly. I also want to thank Elite Rooter's manager, Josh, for his understanding and kindness while I vented to him at the height of my frustration, before Henry was there to help. Although I am the first review, your search for the best, honest, and money well spent plumber search is over. Soro is the person you can trust to honestly diagnose your plumbing issues. My plumbing woes began when a sewer belly repair turned into "Oh by the way, your cast iron pipes are cracked and need to be repaired. That's going to be thousands of extra dollars. We're going to need to tear into your floors and replace the pipes". I had my suspicions, that strong gut feeling that I might be scammed because my home is older and I know nothing about plumbing. We had a flood from a backup vent not working correctly. When I called Elite Rooter, they were here within 24hrs and immediately explained to me the problem and what needs to be done at this point. ( water was flooding the cabinets and causing a smell.) The next morning we were in-undated with Elite Personnel) explaining the procedures to be done. there were many groups involved ( containment, plumbing, restoration, and several more. The process began the next day. Brian and Leo were the plumbers and had to dig thru tiles and concrete in order to reach the source of problems. Very Trustworthy. Early June, Stephen came out due to sewer smell when we ran laundry. He thought we had dried P-traps and didn't charge us. After being gone for awhile we had the same smell. Brandon came out with Keith and they ran the camera down our sewer out to the street and they didn't find any blockage or bellies and said we had a clean sewer line. They again didn't charge us! They said we needed to run water in all our plumbing fixtures and that if we continued to have an issue, they would be back to fix it. This outfit is prompt (came the next day unlike others I called would have to wait two weeks for an appointment) , professional (Phone service answers with live person and had record of previous visit) and very trustworthy (the didn't try to perform unnecessary repairs). I was away on vacation and returned to a leak in the water heater which had caused some water damage to the garage walls and adjoining bedroom wall and floor . I called Elite Rooter and they sent a Technician out the following morning . The technician was Alan he was so great , polite, respectful young man. very professional and on top of things . He called out a restoration company to evaluate the situation with the walls and flooring that had been damaged. I had a clogged bathroom sink and shower drain. I was looking for a plumbing company on line I had used before but this company popped up with the ability for me to send a message. I let the company know my problem. I got a quick response. The price was $44. I soon received a text and set up an appointment. A large blue truck showed with the company logo. My plumber was Brian. He is very polite and put on shoe covers to protect my floors. He assessed the problem quickly. He did a through job and was careful. He fixed another problem with my sink also. Let me tell you, I wasn't looking forward to having to call a plumber for what I thought was only a plugged drain. But lucky I did because within an hour, the plumbing under the floor literally exploded and Waste came up every drain in the house. It came up the tub, the shower, and laundry room drain ugh and ugh. I wanted to thank Elite Rooter for their excellent service. On Wednesday evening we called as our wash room drain would not drain. Alex came out Thursday morning, after a check out he set down with use to explain the problem and he had contacted there camera tech Frank who showed up in a very short time. They explain in an honest and detailed manner what was needed and what was not. As our home had clay sewer pipes they gave us offers as to how to go about the repair needed. Our washing machine had backed up and would spill water onto the floor when running any wash cycle. We called Elite Rooter and explained our issue. Junior Leyva from Elite Rooter arrived within 2 hours and looked over the situation. He suggested snaking the cleanout and promptly brought in equipment. He immediately found a "blockage" and got through it and continued to run the snake in. After he removed the snake, we ran the washer through complete cycle and there was no backup and no water on the floor. They were knowledgable and upfront with me, showed me everything that they were doing, and were more than happy to answer all of my questions regarding their repairs (and my insurance claim for the repair). My main sewer drain was clogged. Junior showed up within an hour of me calling in. I am pretty happy about the quick response. My shower was full of sewer water, I'm not so happy about that. Junior got right to work. Stephen showed up to help him out. These guys spent 3 hours getting my drain unclogged. They persevered. They didn't want to stop until they had my sewer up and running. I had Elite Rooter out today to unclog a toilet drain at my business. Having an issue with a toilet is inconvenient at best and more so highly stressful. They had someone out first thing in the morning and were meticulous with their work and their notes.
