Ok so look no further I'm not kidding-- this was 10/10 Mark is honest, honorable, knowledgeable and reliable. His techs are Olympic level installers. The work was--- well, perfect. They were as fast as could be but not because they rush the work-- it's because they are so darn good at it. They are also completely attentive to the fact they are working at your home-- talk about leaving no trace -- I literally didn't find a single piece of debris when they left --my yard was cleaner than when they arrived. I must say, I saw the negative review from the cat who said Mark tried to rip him off --- Mark gives me the impression that he'd rather stick a pencil in his own eye than rip anyone off. The only thing I can think of is that maybe he cut this guy off in the company truck (after all, I'm not qualified to review his driving :) ) This guy takes his responsibilities like a true professional and did my job beyond my expectations for a price that was transparent, well explained and beyond reasonable. I paid a price that was absolutely fair when I agreed to it and absolutely remarkable when I saw the finished work. These guys are a slam dunk--- I truly cannot recommend them robustly enough. It was probably original gutters and downspouts on my one-story home and after my boss was nagging me about, I contacted Mark. He came on time, made an estimate which was better than others. One issue was, with HOA request to be very specific about colors of gutters and downspouts, which was not a problem with Mark. It was quite long time between estimate and actually job was done (just shows, how busy Ace Rain Systems are). But on prearranged day and time, the whole crew (3 workers) arrived and did full 1800 Sq Ft house in 3.5 hours, taking away old gutters and downspouts. We finally got to adding gutters we needed and replacing some old ones. So glad we found Mark and his company on Yelp. I appreciated that Mark is the owner and the one who came to give us an estimate and did not try to upsell anything. He paid attention to detail of where gutters would and wouldn't work and found solutions in different problem areas to divert water. We had another company with a sales type person that didn't notice these details, their quote was $200 less but we had more peace of mind going with Mark and his expertise. Communication was easy. They were there when they said they would be there and even finished earlier than the time they said they would finish. Mark was there before the job started and was there to make sure it got completed. Mark even went above and beyond and added an extra piece to our downspout when he noticed what we had was worn, which wasn't included in the quote. Talk about great customer service! The workers who helped with the job were nice and did the job quickly and efficiently in a matter of hours. I highly recommend seamless gutters and this company! I started a job bid or, as Yelp calls it, a project which several companies reached out. There were also several that never even responded, but that's a moot point. Mark was one of the first to respond to my request and overall was great to work with and I am very satisfied with the end result. I had to replace a damaged part of rain gutter about 30 feet long. All-in-all, the job itself was not that big and most of the companies that replied didn't want anything to do with it. My guess is it just wasn't worth it for them. Those few that even seemed like they may be interested quoted me damn near as much as it cost me to have the entire house done about 3 years ago. I know inflation has gone bonkers, but the quotes I was receiving were absurd. Moving on, Mark replied quickly, and I was able to send him some pictures of my house and what was needed. He gave me an honest and fair price for the job, so I went ahead with setting up a time for them to come do the repair. He was able to get to my house and do the job in just a few days after starting the process and once he started on it was done in about an hour. Couldn't ask for much better. Mark installed gutters on my new home 6 years ago and did a great job for a fair price. Then about 5 years ago I had an issue with my water solar panels (installed on my backyard slope) where rain water run-off was eating into & destroying a walking path. So I had Mark install gutters on the bottom framework of that area. Looks great and path is protected. Well, over time there was an issue with one of my very high gutters (26 ft up) which was dripping water... so called Mark. He and his crew came out and spent time working on the issue - all fixed now. While he was here I asked him to check out the solar system gutter on my slope which had loosened a bit. So he then spent time securing that gutter system so it's rock solid and now graded correctly. They were here over 90 minutes and when I asked "what do I owe you", he replied, no charge - since these problems shouldn't have happened. At least not in this short time frame. Well... wow... okay! Sorry for the late review !! 8/7/2015 I had never had rain gutters installed before so not knowing what the price should be I made several calls and got a few quotes I can tell you hands down Mark from Ace price was the absolute best and he seemed the most knowledgeable too. They did exactly as they said they were going to do and in a timely manner. I explained to him that I was going to do a rain storage tank and he left me pieces so I could make that happen when I got my tank. In conversation Mark told me some numbers of how many gallons I would get per 1 inch of rain now I won't lie I thought it was seemed a little high but it is not after two days of rain the following December it filled my 640 gallon tank. So I want to thank Mark and his guys for helping me with the rain gutters and helping me save water. I highly recommend them and have referred them twice already. read more
