To start, Steve came to our home a few weeks ago and after reviewing our property, gave us a folder with a little biography, along with a quote and a color chart. Right away, everything felt extremely professional and homely. I could tell by the folder and the way he described his company that he is passionate about what he does. He also mentioned that his two sons handle the installations, which I thought was great since it was a family run business. Initially, we had actually agreed to go with another company until I realized the other company's license was suspended because both their worker's comp and insurance expired. When I checked The Gutter Connection's license, I saw that there had NEVER been a lapse in insurance or workers' comp, which pretty much sealed the deal for me. We scheduled an appointment, and Steve's sons arrived today. They were polite, well dressed, and professional. My husband and I were happy right away. During the job, they pointed out that one of the original plans for diverting water wouldn't work as expected. We agreed upon an alternative and it turned out beautifully. I had been searching around for a while since I had never replaced the cheap, plastic gutter system that came with my house. This is one job I would never attempt, since you have to climb up high on ladders and work on top of roofs. The backside of my house is like a 2 story home because it is built on a hillside. We had only one different company come and give us an estimate, and it was around $1350. At first I thought this was kinda pricey, but at the same time I had no idea what cost to expect. They did the job for a lower price and everything came out perfect. We got it completed just before last year's rain season, best idea ever!

Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

We signed a contract with a company to replace our roof, gutter and install solar. They were going to charge us $4500 just for the gutters. My instinct told me that was too high. And I was right. I found Best Choice Gutters via a Google search engine search. I called Zack on a Sunday and talked to him that same day. He came by the next day (Monday) and gave us a quote for the exact same job, but only charged us $1900. We booked him for that Thursday (2 days later). He was done in a day and his work was beautiful! Not only was the work beautiful, but he color matched the gutter to the facet, so you didn't even notice them! The original company gave us no such option. Zack and his crew were quick, polite and didn't damage anything else on our property, which is more they I can say for our roofing company. Zach had some really good ideas that the other gutter people didn't even mention and his price was very competitive. A week before my job was to go in, the gutter firm I chose almost flaked.
