Greg, the owner, came out with his wife for the initial consultation, walked us through the different options, and helped us pick colors and styles that matched each room without ever making us feel pressured. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for motorized blinds, and the turnaround was excellent. Our blinds arrived in about two weeks, and installation couldn't have gone smoother. Greg was in and out in less than an hour, everything worked perfectly before he left, and there wasn't a single thing to clean up afterward. My toddler loves pressing the up and down button on her new blinds and loves the fact that she can see out the windows and watch our squirrels in the backyard now! I have a new build home and I needed a treatment for the large sliding glass door. I am a…read moremillennial who grew up with my grandmother's heavy drapery and I had never really explored modern options, so I am eternally grateful to the expert consultant who came out to speak to me about this window. He spoke to me about the space expectations for heavy drapery, as well as the maintenance requirements, and we quickly pivoted to other options. When he brought up the idea of a pull-down shade, I balked hard; my visions of those types of shades was outdated. We ended up choosing exactly what he suggested and I AM ECSTATIC! It took about four weeks to come in, the installer showed up right on time, and this is a blackout shade that looks so elegant and modern - I am thrilled. It rolls smoothly, and as it rolls down it seamlessly glides over the sliding glass door handle. I was envisioning something more clunky, something that protruded but this lays flat and truly blocks the light. The pricing was also very fair and competitive; they came in at far less than the Shade Store. I would go back to them for any window treatment needs, and recommend them to everyone!

I am super happy…read morewith my blinds, but not so happy with the customer service. 1st I new exactly what I wanted and they talked me out of the retractable cord saying, "they break often" and were, "not the best options for kids". In addition, they did not explain the installation of the pulley system well and I don't love the look. 2nd they came and installed the blinds and found that one set was measured or made too short and I had to wait an additional two weeks for those to be installed. 3rd: The installers scratched my two brand new dresses installing my blinds. They didn't clean up after themselves leaving extra screws and plastic clips laying around my babies room, and left every window sill dirty with drywall powder. I paid a handsome price for what I thought was going to be a quality product and service. I have a nice product, but have clean up and damaged dressers. I have requested them to resolve the dresser issue. We will see what they say. UPDATE:. I sent the company an email and they sent out a consultant to view the damaged and make a fair offer to correct the problem. I feel that we came to a fair arrangement. The bad: There weren't too many color choices and only one type of blind is offered by this company. The installer, although he was pleasant and able to install the blinds, wasn't initially clear on how we wanted them installed and my husband has to watch and correct him so an error would not be made. I'm disappointed in the quality of the blinds as I expected better for the price, which wasn't cheap. The strings are thin and flimsy looking and they don't close completely at the bottom. The installer tried explain this away as being an optical illusion because the bottom of the window is at eye level so it just looks like it's not closed, but that isn't true. They are made so that the heavy bottom of the blind doesn't tilt up when closing them and so the slats above it can't tilt completely closed. It appears to be aThe other blinds in our house have bottoms that tilt up and close completely. The blinds look fine when open, and it's okay because I don't intend to close them completely.
