About 1 hour later, 2 guys showed up with 3 sheets of plywood. They removed all the broken broken glass swept up, fit, cut and installed the plywood over the opening. All in a little over an hour.

And if you ever talk to him you know he should be in radio He answered more questions then what was needed of him and we never felt rushed. They said that could have everything done by Thanksgiving, which got pushed back until after Christmas. Which was when materials arrived. BUT, half of the (6) doors were wrong and had to be reordered and the 1 window was not right. They totally messed up our house with the installation of the two patio doors (concrete dust all over, damage from taping plastic sheeting to the ceiling and wall - all of which I had to repair and repaint!!). OVERALL: 1) The quality of the doors was below our expectations (compared to their home expo demo units). The retractable screens are basically what you can get at Costco. Handles and locks rattle. 2) Timeliness: Product ordering was very slow. Installers showed up when scheduled and worked hard ( bright spots!) Multiple reorders! 3) Workmanship: was decent for the most part. Did have to replace the window due to damage during the first installation. They did give us a 2% discount after I complained and explained why we were not satisfied, BUT Do not feel like we got what we paid for from WW.
