They might provide good cleaning services if you manage to confirm a booking, but I would never know because they wasted 24 hours of my time and then ghosted me as I was confirming the booking! I wish I was kidding. Is this dating? Their pricing is also inconsistent and seems made up on the spot to see how much you'd be willing to pay. See my quote experience below. I submitted a quote request Jasmine replied immediately with a $300 quote I didn't respond right away as I was reviewing other quotes, so she messaged again saying it was actually $200 I reviewed all quotes overnight and messaged back that I'd like to book She tells me great, I need to Venmo a 50% deposit (this is 2 weeks out) I ask if there are any other methods for a deposit like PayPal that have purchase protections in case no one shows up She says it's her company and it'll be her doing the work, so she'll be there I say ok, your reviews are good, so I'll Venmo. Let me know the info. Then she....blocks me without responding! ........ I'm a little confused and give them the benefit of the doubt...maybe Yelp messaging is acting up. So I send an email...crickets. I try to call and a gentleman picks up (Patrick?), says he'll speak to Jasmine as Yelp can act up and he'll call me right back....crickets again. .... Here's the kicker! I send a new quote request from my husband's account to confirm my suspicions. Same exact details of the job. What do you know? Jasmine replies immediately and quotes $500! And the time slot I discussed just hours prior is not offered. I have screenshots of all this as I assume they'll try to cover their tracks. The only conclusion here is that they decided to accept a different job where they made up a higher price, which is actually fine. 100 stars! I have previously used Elite Supreme a few years ago and forgot to leave a review. I had come across them while searching the internet and yelp for a great company that would be able to do a serious deep clean of our apartment. We were beyond impressed with Patrick and couldn't believe how thorough he was and how long he spent. I mean our apartment was an absolute mess and there was NO way I could have handled taking the time to do a deep clean of our place, especially with two dogs that shed like crazy! The GOAT of Cleaning I needed a basement deep cleaning and a Google search led me to Elite Supreme Cleaning. I read all of the reviews and gave Patrick a call. This was on a Friday evening. I sent him pictures of the space and was quoted a price. Once I agreed, he said he could be there Sunday at 9 AM. I said, "The day after tomorrow Sunday?" I was shocked that I could get an appointment so soon as well as surprised he provided services on a Sunday. He also let me know that the appointment would take 9-10 hours. Elite Supreme Cleaning arrived at 8:45 (three people) and went to work. They came with their own supplies, materials, and ladders. I stayed upstairs the entire time until I was called down to view the finished product. I must add that Patrick called or texted me several times throughout the day to ask a question, or get clarification on something, or explain why he had to handle a task in a specific way. The finished product was exceptional. It was way beyond any expectations I previously had. My space was spotless and smelled amazing! They cleaned my furniture, shampooed my area rug, cleaned inside my refrigerator and freezer, windowsills, walls, baseboards, the ceiling,...they even cleaned inside my washer and dryer! After a hastily scheduled construction project that left our home covered in construction dust, I knew I would need serious help with cleanup. The Elite Supreme team was amazing. Beyond being extremely friendly, and respectful of our space, they were THOROUGH. This was the most detailed clean I have ever experienced. They were able to get up kitchen grease that was left by the previous home's owners-- grease we had tried for years to get up to no avail. They got it all. Construction dust gets everywhere, and Patrick and his team got into places I had not even thought of: the top of the tiles of the drop down ceiling in one bathroom, all four in-window air conditioner (filters, nooks and crannies inside), inside bins filled with toys and knick knacks. They place items back with thoughtfulness. I was worried because we had not really packed anything away prior to the renovation work, yet I am still in awe of how their team tackled everything. I requested a quote for a regular 1 bedroom cleaning on yelp, didn't set a date or time but they were immediately "not able to service"

I have not used this company, but I am shocked by their pricing. We are moving into an empty 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment next week that is already clean and freshly painted. However, the landlord mentioned that if I'm a super clean person, I might want to have a deep cleaner come in to get the details done and perfect. I saw this company has 5-stars, so I called, told them the details, and asked for a quote. They told me -- get ready for this one -- that it would be $1650 minimum. I repeated the number back in disbelief, and they confirmed. I'm all for paying people what they deserve. But $1650? That's what I make in a week of full-time work. This would be maybe 2 or 3 hours of cleaning. I am so taken aback. Honestly, I just wanted to write this review so that any other people who don't have a trust fun and arrive at this Yelp page see it and don't waste their time. I mean, the apartment is empty! The landlord has already cleaned out the appliances and such (which I mentioned), we just want an extra thorough job, and unfortunately don't have the time right now to do it ourselves. This apartment has a tiny kitchen, small bathroom, and one of the bedrooms is the size of a walk-in closet. And again, it's completely empty. All I can think is, damn, I should have become a cleaner. If I could describe this company in two words, they would be convenient and pristine. Being a single mother, with two twins really takes a toll on me. I work from home regularly and once the city locked down, it became very difficult to balance my workload, kids and upkeep of the house. We have a go to cleaning company we use typically but wanted something extremely thorough so searched around online for someone to meet our needs. I came across elite supreme cleaners and contacted Patrick to discuss his services and get a quote. Patrick was phenomenal to work with. He explained everything in detail and I was pleased to hear that he and one other person would be the ones to do the cleaning (which was not the case with little elves, who we contacted as well and said they would send ~5 people for the job - which we didn't love. Would note that they were similarly priced. Was also turned off by a bunch of their negative reviews). We decided to go with elite ultimately after Patrick did a site visit and booked him with only a few days notice - he was so accommodative multiple times throughout the process which we were so grateful for. As for the job itself.. WOW. I'll be honest I was a little surprised by the price quote originally but it is worth every single penny. They cleaned every single crevice in the unit and not a hint of construction dust left anywhere.
